The lobby and restrooms are very clean, making it great for dining in. However, the experience varies at night. The store prioritizes mobile orders over walk-in customers, especially during rush hours, causing delays. The manager can catch an attitude over simple questions and be rude, rather than scheduling separate staff for mobile and walk-in orders. Despite this, the manager has a great personality and goes out of her way to ensure a great experience for some. Overall, it is a favorite Subway with great customer service and fresh food, though night time visits are not recommended.
