This is the 3rd time they get the oder completely wrong. Will no longer order from here.
Food here is always good. Just sucks to have a manager catch an attitude over a simple question such as does anyone take in store orders. This store prioritizes mobile orders over walking customers. If you come in during rush hours you will wait until their mobile orders are completed. When I asked why manager was sort of rude, rather than schedule someone to works on mobile orders and someone who works in store walk in. This Subway offers good, fresh food and is always clean. The daytime service is amazing, with polite and pleasant staff who treat customers with respect and care, even for difficult orders. The lobby and restrooms are very clean, making it great for dining in. However, the experience varies at night. The store prioritizes mobile orders over walk-in customers, especially during rush hours, causing delays. The manager can catch an attitude over simple questions and be rude, rather than scheduling separate staff for mobile and walk-in orders. Despite this, the manager has a great personality and goes out of her way to ensure a great experience for some. Overall, it is a favorite Subway with great customer service and fresh food, though night time visits are not recommended.
