“Trent is kicking ass at this subway. I asked him about his day, and he told me it was really good, but mentioned it being busy and it just being him and apologized for the wait. First of all, get that man some support, but also, his professionalism and speed were impressive and appreciated, and the quality of my sandwich (which I’m a bit peculiar about) was exactly what I asked for.“
