“This subway usually gets a bad rep from the locals, I had the same view until the manager made it right and every time I walk in there I am greeted and recognized as a regular. I am usually offered a free drink or cookie or even a bag of chips sometimes. I had submitted a mobile order for a steak sandwich and they were out of steak so they made it right and gave me a refund. It happened again a second time where they were out of steak and I didn’t know until I got there (they called me but I didn’t see it). The manager wasn’t present so the gentlemen working were unable to issue a refund at that time. I was told the manager would issue a refund once they came into the store. At a later date I contacted the store because I had not received any refund, lovely manager gave me a full refund and the sandwich I had originally ordered as well as chips and cookies all for free. Yes they messed up, but they made it right!!!“
“My review is specifically for an employee that served my husband and I tonight. Alexis is such a kind soul with great customer service. This young lady greeted us with a smile and was extremely friendly. She held conversation with us AND kept eye contact while talking. It was a breath of fresh air to see there are still hard workers with great customer service with this younger generation. Alexis deserves a raise! We will be back to see her again!“
