Walking inside here I was welcomed almost immediately by the manager and another worker. They were so friendly and you could tell they appreciate the business and they enjoy serving their customers. “The ladies that works there were amazing!!! It was my first time visiting Dallas (from MD) so I took the bus to explore the downtown area. I stop there to order some sandwiches and go back to the hotel. After ordered I went back to the bus stop right next to the subway. Two busses ? (230 line) didn’t stopped and after an hour I had no cellphone battery so I had to go back to subway. My cord didn’t work and those amazing ladies offered me a cup with ice and water and shared their fast charger cellphone cord that I used to check the time for the next bus stop. I made it back to the hotel thanks to them. They’re very kind people!“

The service wasn't the best, but there was only 1 person working and another just standing around looking at us all waiting. The restaurant wasn't filthy, but it was definitely not the cleanest.

“Associate Daniel and LT the manager are friendly and awesome! I come back to this Subway location of their professionalism and kindness. When I first walked in, I legit thought this was a new store because of how clean it is! I was shocked to know that it was because the staff takes pride in cleanliness. Daniel said “It’s because we like to work in a nice clean environment, and our employees care to provide a clean place for customers to eat in.” Most Subways I have been to are a bit dirty, floors aren’t swept, tables aren’t cleaned but this location they were top notch on making sure it’s presentable and neat. “This Subway is located inside Mountain View College and Trinidad Garza ECHS’ campus. It’s pretty cute and cool, if they had one more worker it would be fast as heck. “I’ve been coming to this Subway for about 4 years now and it is easily my favorite location. The food is always fresh, everything is made exactly how I like it, and the service is consistently great.

Tasha is the best person ever and honestly the reason I keep coming back. She is always friendly, remembers my order, and makes the whole experience better every time I come in. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does.

But the experience at this location was so amazing and memorable in comparison to any other I have been to.The sandwich artist who made our sandwiches was so outgoing and kind. Today, I watched Hemanth politely and patiently help an elderly gentlemen carry his food back to his car and Hemanth delicately ensured the man made it safely back to his car. As this was occurring, Daisy covered for Hemanth quickly and attentively and really wanted to make sure I got my food in a timely manner, although I didn't mind waiting a little while.I typically go to this location once to twice per week solely because of the excellent service I always receive at this location. Every time I walk in the door, I am met with a "hello sir", a smile, and very excellent food preparation.I already liked this place as this, but now I'm going to go to this location far more frequently because of Hemanth and Daisy.To the manager running this establishment, I want to say you made a brilliant choice in hiring these two diligent and incredible employees and I sincerely hope you do everything you can to ensure they stay at your location.To say I'm impressed is honestly an understatement.
