“The best Subway in DFW is on Lower Greenville Ave! I frequent this place, and they always look out for me. They arrange a little smiley face with veggies to greet you, daily, and it makes me smile whenever I'm having a broken day. I tell the owner how my days are going, and no matter what's happening, he takes the time to listen to me. In that part of Greenville, the locals (of which I am one) never take the time to check on their neighbors, the transplants. One of the guys had been working there for over a decade, and no matter what I did to recruit him, he wouldn't leave that Subway.“

Came from a bad experience (3 already)
With the location in Trinity Mills and Marsh
That worker named Alan eating while serving us and grabbing the bread with his hand while still eating (Cross contamination)
Then proceeded to spray chemicals (assuming could be water but, water doesn't clean germs just saying) so chemicals sprayed on the veggies side.
When asked for simple veggies he looked dumb founded and didn't said anything.
Walked out.

As soon as me and my wife walked in. Felt a welcoming experience, Jorge was very helpful and a good people person.
Whoever his manager is please let me know I'll personally will send him an email on how much this experience made it way better.

Jorge saved subway from a good lawsuit on the Trinity Mills and Marsh
I will be contacting the health inspector for that location. Someone has to with all the bad reviews they been having.

“I stopped by this Subway today and was really impressed! The place is super clean, organized, and smells great a huge difference compared to the Subway just 5 minutes away at the gas station on 1525 Inwood Rd, which honestly smells terrible and made us leave without eating.

Here, Lorena and her coworker Marcela gave us excellent service. They were friendly, fast, and made our sandwiches perfectly. You can tell they actually care about the customers and keep the place looking great.

“This Subway is located inside Mountain View College and Trinidad Garza ECHS’ campus. It’s pretty cute and cool, if they had one more worker it would be fast as heck. Don’t doordash or order delivery from here probably since the demand from the college and early college students is high. Really convenient for anyone on campus though.“

But the experience at this location was so amazing and memorable in comparison to any other I have been to.The sandwich artist who made our sandwiches was so outgoing and kind. Today, I watched Hemanth politely and patiently help an elderly gentlemen carry his food back to his car and Hemanth delicately ensured the man made it safely back to his car. As this was occurring, Daisy covered for Hemanth quickly and attentively and really wanted to make sure I got my food in a timely manner, although I didn't mind waiting a little while.I typically go to this location once to twice per week solely because of the excellent service I always receive at this location. Every time I walk in the door, I am met with a "hello sir", a smile, and very excellent food preparation.I already liked this place as this, but now I'm going to go to this location far more frequently because of Hemanth and Daisy.To the manager running this establishment, I want to say you made a brilliant choice in hiring these two diligent and incredible employees and I sincerely hope you do everything you can to ensure they stay at your location.To say I'm impressed is honestly an understatement.
