They completely disregarded my options for my sandwich. I ordered two footlongs on the app for pickup, and they basically just made them the exact same. I’m allergic to olives… I didn’t get mustard and I never heat or toast my sandwich. Neither of us got lettuce and I specifically asked the lady at pick up is one heated and the other not, she said “yes”and handed it to me KNOWING good and well she toasted both sandwiches. I work in healthcare and after a long day of work its just nice to get a meatball sub and fall asleep after a 12 hour shift. Only this location never has any meatballs 2 hours before they close. I do not know why but, its extremely dissapointing how early they run out of meatballs. Its a running joke in our family that they never have them. Cashier was rude . I asked for a military discount and have been here multiple times receiving it and he said he could not do it. I got to eat my sandwich and realized it had extra ingredients that I did not order. Highly dissatisfied.
