El Fenix is a Tex Mex restaurant known for its delicious food and friendly service. While initially experiencing some issues with online ordering and customer service, the manager, Gigi, turned the situation around with her dedication and helpfulness. The margaritas are best outside of happy hour, and the guacamole can use some extra seasoning. However, the hot sauce and chips are top-notch. The chicken enchiladas, beef enchiladas, and fajitas are all fabulous choices. Despite sometimes slow initial service, the staff can keep up well once they get going. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with waiter Bernaldo standing out for his exceptional service. El Fenix is a great spot for a casual, enjoyable dining experience at a reasonable price.
