i’ve loved subway for a majority of my life, and this is honestly one of the best i’ve been to. they had run out of ingredients and personally asked us the exact amounts of the substituted items to perfect our sandwiches. the employees on shift were super friendly, and even brought the sandwiches right to us!

Subway in Dallas offers friendly service and delicious sandwiches, with options like #20 and #15. Customers enjoy the convenient location and the variety of vegetarian choices, although some have noted that the ingredients can be a bit skimpy. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and provides a comfortable, welcoming public area. The staff is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English, which helps serve a diverse group of customers. While the service is generally good, some mention that it can be slow, with sandwiches taking about 20 minutes to prepare, and that the restroom needs better maintenance due to hygiene issues. Overall, it remains a convenient choice for many, despite some concerns about safety after dark and the cleanliness of the facilities.
