“Please don’t order online through the app and went to pick it up. The employee told me their system was down and they weren’t getting any orders from the app. But he said since I had placed the order and paid for it, he would take care of me and made my sandwich and gave it to me. No questions. Excellent customer service.“

“The one reason I drop to this subway often is because Bread will 90% of the will be nicely fresh , other places around their bread is all falling apart when eating it. The workers here are friendly if you end up having a bad experience mostly likely you're the one with the bad mood.“
“I haven't been to subway in years but lastnight I wanted something light so I got a veggie sandwich. Soon as I walked in there was a guy mopping the floors I said hello and he didn't respond. BUT DAKOTA yelled welcome to subway from the kitchen. He made sure to change his gloves and he was so polite and kind. He made my sandwich with love and it definitely taste like it. Thank you DAKOTA for providing excellent customer service“
