New employee Kinsey was excellent!! Wish she had more support with how new she is, but great service!
Valerie was Awesome!!! Dinner time and the store was crazy busy. Valerie greeted and welcomed every customer that walked in with a genuine smile while she continued serving her customers. Absolutely awesome Customer Service and very well prepared sandwiches made to order. Great Job Valerie, You are Amazing!!!

Subway offers excellent service from talented sandwich artists who create meals just like the promotional material. The restaurant is clean and not too busy, especially on Saturdays. The staff is professional, kind, and helpful, with a sandwich artist who has exceptional customer service skills. Despite occasional mistakes, the delicious food and pleasant atmosphere make up for it. The place looks nice, and the servers are very friendly and helpful. They sometimes make mistakes, but that is understandable. The food was fresh and the service quick. The store is very clean and typically has low traffic, especially on Saturdays around 3 PM. An employee working alone maintained professionalism and kept her cool during busy times. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with staff checking with parents when children order. One minor issue is a sign that blurs the view of meats and cheeses, making it hard to see what stuff looks like, but the food remains delicious. Overall, Subway is a great place to enjoy customized sandwiches made with care.
