Chick-fil-A in Plano

“This was such a pleasant experience! The front counter was a little unattended but the dine-in experience was phenomenal. Sandra was so attentive with getting us what we needed (even the things I didn’t know we needed- like getting us hand wipes and setting a place mat for our toddler). The dining area is clean and well-kept. Overall such a great dine-in experience.“

“A very friendly, courteous, professional staff where young people respect the customer and respond with ‘my pleasure’ when thanked, instead of ‘no problem’ which I find disrespectful and infuriating. Thanks a great experience.“

“It clearly states on their mini board that they use peanut oil and canola oil. I'm surprised to see that considering so many people with peanut allergies and canola oil is supposed to be a byproduct a petroleum it is not recommended. Why is Chick-fil-A not using beef tallow?????“

“The new drive thru is much better and more efficient. It is also much less of a traffic hazard. The food is okay. Service is good for fast food.
The inside of the store needs a bit more work. If you order inside it is much slower and much less organized. If you are looking for a place to go sit and eat this probably isn't the best place.“
