“I had a wonderful experience at this location today thanks to Lane, the manager on duty. I had placed a mobile order with my meal consisting of free items from their recent promotions. Upon reaching the window, the food wasn’t ready because the computer/register wasn’t cooperating. Lane apologized for the inconvenience, asked me to pull into a parking spot while he tried to fix the problem. He came out to my car and told me that the meal would be free/ on the house today because of the long wait and inconvenience. He said that the free items would be returned to my App, and that I am welcome to use those at another visit. Lane went above and beyond to make this experience a positive and pleasant one. Food was delicious, service was even better.“

“The customer service here is spectacular!!!. This was my first time and the lady at the drive thru line taking the order was very helpful and took the time to go over the menu items with me. The girl at the drive thru window was also very nice . Food is also great“

The staff is consistently polite and efficient, even during the busiest times. The restaurant is clean, and the service is fast, although peak hours can lead to longer wait times. It’s clear they do their best to keep things moving, but it can still get a bit hectic.

The menu is great, but I’d love to see a few more options to switch things up now and then. Overall, Chick-fil-A delivers a consistently good experience, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Four stars!“
