Chick-fil-A in Rowlett

“I got 2 meals and requested for creamer and sugar to be added to the coffee and only on one it was added is always drive thru that has issues with getting orders right last time it was the food bowl I know is only coffee but I’m paying for what I want then I ask them if it was added and they say yes I’m driving so I’m trusting them but nope .“

“This is without question the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to I come in every Wednesday before church they all know who I am they say hi to me before I order and the food is always fresh and hot and correct and they are very helpful and understanding to others when they ask for a senior drink to take it to your car For someone who is a senior citizen waiting in the car and they don’t discriminate on how old they look they actually understand that when someone ask for a senior drink when they’re not a senior citizen, that they’re just bringing it to an older person that’s waiting outside or in the car The Rockwall location always discriminates And says that they gotta look at their face before they give the senior drink out which the Rockwall location needs to Work on understanding and helping out And to stop discriminating
