When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“Shoutout to Glenn, Rebecca and Ana on the afternoon shift today for helping me out with a last minute catering order!! I needed food for 200 people with a less than 24-hour notice, as the company I originally asked to provide food for me cancelled last minute. Thank you so much Glenn, Rebecca and Ana for keeping my event alive and for assisting in helping me pick out food for the event!!“

“I even went back in to get the sauces you guys forgot on a $150 order, no sauces were in the bag- and you still forgot to put any buffalo sauce in even when reading the ticket that clearly said it on there multiple times and whatever paper is being used to wrap the sandwiches comes apart and sticks to the sandwiches, gets weirdly stuck had to get a knife to cut the melted paper off to eat the sandwich without eating paper. Just a bad experience

I still maintain that Chick Fil A corporation needs to look into the wrappers they are using for the egg white grill sandwiches

“First time coming to this Chick-fil-A and I had a good experience. I ordered inside and didnt have to wait very long at all. The chicken sandwich tasted fresh and wasnt greasy, which I appreciated. The dining area was pretty clean and the staff seemed attentive without being over the top. Only thing was my fries couldve been a little warmer, but besides that everything was good. Id come back again.“

“I usually go the drive-thru way because I am the caregiver of 2 under 2. We decided to eat inside and what an experience we had! I was greeted and taken to a booth. Miss Eva took my order patiently and went above and beyond getting high chairs for my kids. Miss Laurie was sure that everything was good and offered help. “We have been eating at CFA since we were kids and they could only be found in malls. My husband opened the first free-standing CFA when we were in college in another state. Our entire family used to dress up head to hoof on Cow Appreciation Day, even winning a local contest or two back in the day. Of all of our CFA experiences, this location is our favorite. We have only experienced positive interactions with the employees, consistently quick and delicious food, and pleasant meals that will keep us coming back for more. So glad CFA moooo-ved into the neighborhood.“

“Fast access from my regular route to work, easy drive thru with fast and friendly support staff, great breakfast value and I’m quickly back on my route to work with nutritional pep. Can’t beat it!

“I stopped by about 30 minutes before close, and both drive-thru lanes were completely FULL. Even with a steady rush of cars, the team was working very hard to keep everything moving efficiently. Christian was friendly, professional, and did a great job managing the drive-thru (he’s been at this Chick-fil-A forever). The woman at the window was incredibly efficient. She had my order ready in hand and moved it through the window simultaneously as I pulled up. It was like a drive-by! (but friendly, haha).

Most impressive of all, my fries were piping hot and the order was accurate, even during a busy late-night rush. The only thing is that the fries aren’t always topped off, but they’re consistently fresh and hot, which matters. It’s clear this team takes pride in what they do. Great job to everyone working that shift.“

“First time here. Arrived around 2PM, so after the lunch crowd. Got both regular and spicy tenders, cereal milkshake, and fried chicken dumplings. Tenders were good, dipping sauces were great. Milkshake was VERY GOOD (not too sweet). The dumplings were really good with a nice kick from the sauces. I spoke with the owner a bit— very nice man. The place is clean and a nice atmosphere. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.“

“The most bubbly girl in the dining room. Short hair, glasses, I wish I got her name to give her credit properly. She was so great. The store was SLAMMED. People everywhere, she smiled, cleaned, directed, took orders, brought orders, she was everywhere and SO KIND. People aren't like that anymore. I just hope the owner or manger can pick out who it was. Food was perfect. Wish this location had play area and bigger parking space. I had to make many loops to find a space.“

“Well what can we say bad about chick-fil-a? The food is amazing and addicting everything from the salad to Chick-fil-A sandwich even to the waffle fries are amazing. The atmosphere if you have time to go inside which is sometimes faster than waiting through the drive-thru line to get the food at the window. This place is always busy cuz they have great food. I wonder if someday they'll be open on Sundays, LOL

“What makes the chicken taste so good? Is it the hate they use for a marinade or the old fashion family values - probably depends on how you vote. Either way, it's delicious. Frankly, I don't care what the CEO or CFO or whoever thinks about marriage, as long as they keep making tasty chicken, I'm good to go.“

“As with all Chick-Fil-A locations, it's more about the service and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and less about the food. Staff were extremely friendly, very helpful. Restaurant, as with many locations, is well maintained and presented very well. Food is fine, and not great, but very serviceable. Maybe the best fast food iced tea ever, but the sandwich is just 'ok.' Weird note: on my visit, the restaurant patrons dining in were almost all moms with young children (three or younger).“

“Well, first off, I never had a Chick-fil-A back in my day at DBU. Secondly, I am jealous and need to double check my servant leadership attitude about it. Thirdly, God and Chicken go together, but how does Bo Pilgrim feel about it... oh yea, he funded the chapel next door. Fourthly, the chicken came first and Adam had a #1 Chick-fil-A combo the God himself cooked up. Fifthly... Hi Five, you read this whole thing... winner winner chicken dinner.“

Last week, one of my kids accidentally left a bag with his brand-new water bottle in the store. We thought it was lost forever, but we called just in case. The staff had kept the bag safely for us, and we were able to pick it up right away.

“UPDATE: Went back and the sauce has been included since the owner responded below. I’m changing my review from one to four stars since the issue has been addressed. Thanks to the owner and management for taking feedback and correcting course. Thanks to the kids working there for responding to correction well.

Since the app won’t allow me to report my issue at the moment: This location has not delivered my sauces for my last several orders. I ordered through the app, tried to report the issue, got points but no report. But I want the owner to know that I’ve choked down dry wraps and nuggets with no sauce several consecutive orders (multiple a week). It’s a mistake the first time, but now it’s habitual. I’ll give them one more shot this week before I stop ordering from this location permanently.“

“A full service Chick-fil-A in the middle of a busy airport? Heck yeah. They get crazy overpacked due to the volume of folks, and do a great job with fast service. Vanessa happily made me a frosted lemonade in the middle of a huge breakfast rush. Made my whole day. We had our food in probably three minutes and there’s enough surrounding seating to find a place which is rare in an airport.“

“went during lunch rush and honestly expected a long wait but the line moved crazy fast, employees were outside taking orders which helped a lot, got the chicken sandwich meal and the sandwich was fresh with crispy chicken and the fries were hot, sauces were stocked and the dining area was clean even with a lot of people eating, staff came around checking tables and throwing away trash, always a reliable spot for quick food and good service“
