Didn’t give sauces and had to get a refund for something did not ask for. Window service personnel did not have a pleasant attitude when I had to circle around to make the correction. I understand the drive thru time but I didn’t make the mistake, your team did.
Let me just say walking into the lobby of chickfil-a the floor was disgusting. Trash and sticky spots on the floors. Stood at the counter for 2 minutes no one acknowledged me until I cleared my throat. I asked for freshly cooked fries with no salt. I received what I think to be old and cold fries . I definitely am disappointed at this location . I’ve been to several different locations from my experience I’ve always gotten a warm greeting from the employees

Best service at a chick fil a I’ve ever had. Friendly staff. I was recommended to try bbq sauce with my order and the gentleman was CORRECT. Elevated my usual order. They even wrapped my spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered in a lettuce wrap which made it easier to hold. Phenomenal.
