“Soooo on 4/25/26 several of people waiting on food the manager is going back and forth, assuming she’s getting things in order, she’s waiting on her food to get ready and she leaves… with 5 people still waiting… 7 people have come and gone nothing on my order. I finally ask how much longer only to be told there was a 10:00 catering order that is being prepared before my order, I guess in person order isn’t priority anymore. Had this not been for other people, I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else. I would’ve appreciated being told a small platter would be a longer wait… Not we have a 10:00 catering order being prepared before yours…“
“I was in the middle of a family emergency and stopped to get food for my young granddaughter during 5:00 crowd on my way to pick her up. The Manager was training someone so I politely explained I needed to hurry. He helped me pick a kids meal because I couldn't think straight. He could tell I was rattled. He shared a brief story of a similar emergency he recently went through with a happy ending to give me comfort. He was so kind. He wouldn't accept payment and said he hoped everything turned out good. Two other employees wished me a blessed day before I could leave. I had never gone into a Chil-fil-A before, but it was like a religious experience! My finicky 2 year old granddaughter loved the meal and the book included with the meal. Their mac & cheese is her absolute favorite
