“Yes, there is a difference in Chik-fil-A restaurants! This one (Presidio Towne Crossing) is my favorite compared to another new, closer Chik-fil-A (Haslet-the Haslet Chik-fil-A, after trying several different times of the day, for both breakfast and lunch, we have noticed the food - sandwiches and fries - has an off taste as if the oil is not regularly changed.) The food at the Presidio Towne Crossing Chik-fil-A is consistently good! The manager takes pride in keeping this restaurant clean and decorated for different events and holidays giving a welcoming vibe. The staff are all friendly and efficient. Quality is key when visiting food chain locations and this location is the best!“

“This location was rocking it today! I arrived just before noon, the line was a bit long, not the mobile thru lane. ❤ As I was leaving, the line was spilling out into the street! The kitchen I'm sure was getting killed, but all the customer facing employees were delivering as much food to as many cars down the line as they could. Kudos to everyone at this location. You all did an amazing job!!“

“This Chick-fil-A consistently provides excellent food, quality service, and a great overall experience.

During a recent visit to the drive-thru, I had the good fortune of being assisted by a young lady named Hannah. Her attitude truly stood out—even above the exceptional standard I normally expect from Chick-fil-A.

Despite working outside in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees, Hannah remained incredibly positive, friendly, and upbeat. Even when my app wasn’t working properly, she was patient and helpful throughout the process.

Hannah is an outstanding representative of Chick-fil-A and absolutely deserves recognition for her exceptional service. She is also a testament to the excellent hiring and leadership decisions being made by the management at this location.“

“We had the pleasure of being served by Mondo (or Mando, I believe)! I was visiting Fort Worth from London, and he kindly asked if I was from Europe. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel so welcome. The rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing. “My husband and I went in today for lunch. He was having a rough day at work, so it was a little needed pick me up in his day. I'm so glad we came to this location. Will was in the dining area cleaning and refilling flower vases. He was so sweet and kind, made sure we didn't slip on the floor he'd mopped. He also gifted me a little bouquet of flowers and he gifted us a commemorative cup. Thank you so much, Will, for blessing us with your kind spirit today. 🫶 The cashier also accidentally rang my husband up for an 8 count instead of a 12, and when he went up to request the extra and pay the difference, she apologized and just gave him the extra 4. It was all small things, but it really made my husband's day to have everyone there be so kind and intentional. Far too often, we get poor customer service and it meant a lot to us to have such a nice experience today.“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich from cooks children's cafeteria that has a Chick-fil-A, and my food is always good !! Hot and ready to grab yourself, or a short wait for fresh ones.. 10/10 aren't stingy with sauces either, no extra cost!

Kid-friendliness: I met an hispanic woman there who I always jokingly speak Spanish with lol, and she talks to her employers about my daughter and I, and how "bonita" she thinks we are <3 looove them!“

“We came into Chick Fil A this afternoon and stood in line for 5 mins with nobody to assist but everyone just standing around. A sweet lady named Jeannine comes from the back and asks if we’ve been helped and I told her no she quickly apologized for the wait and got someone to help us. Jeannine deserves all the good things in life! She definitely a blessing.“

“I love this place, food is delicious and the service is very nice, Waiters always available to help without making you feel harassed.
Place is always clean and relaxing.
The children's play area has a door that prevents outside noise.“

“Employs mostly young adults who seem very friendly and clean cut. Offers college tuition and seems to care for their employees. I admire this but still worry about their support for non traditional families. I am one and would like to frequent this restaurant, since it has been one of my favorites since the late 70's/early 80's at Hulen Mall in Fort Worth .
The ice cream is the closest to HOMEMADE ICE CREAM from any fast food restaurant.
And the CHICKEN... AMAZING FLAVOR!!“

“I’m a regular at this location and this kid that works there and always takes my order I think his name is Nate but this employee hands down is the most charming and funniest person I’ve ever interacted with anywhere he is just a one of a kind type of person and I’m glad I get to share some knowledge with this young man everytime I come here he really represents the Chick-fil-A name well earlier last week he took my order in the drive through while it was scorching hot outside and while he was trying to fix his huge amount of hair and get a drink he had complimented me and said something that made me laugh so hard about the weather I tipped him and told him to keep being yourself because that’ll get him far.“

“It was incredibly busy but the staff was so helpful! We met this lovely team member who absolutely portrayed the care and quality you would expect at Chick-fil-A. We chatted for a minute and she waited on us with absolute pure kindness and joy. It was heartwarming to have. I’d absolutely go back when in town!
Not to mention it made me feel comfortable wandering in to our local Chick-Fil-A to let my babe play! We appreciate the opportunity to eat with you all! 💕

“The only gripe I have is their Market Salad can sometimes be different in content. I got two of them, and one had more chicken on it and more fruit than the other one did. They aren't cheap, so I believe it to be important that they be created equal.“

“Katelyn was amazing. I didn't realize they closed at 9 and ordered at 8:50. I was fully prepared to turn around and leave. I worked service industry and i know how it feels to have someone come in at close. She took great care of my daughter and I. She ensured me that we were welcome and not a burden. Food was fantastic and service was next level. Katelyn and the other staff most definitely represented Chick fil a at top tier! Will be back!“

“Checked out this Chick-fil-A and one of the workers named Delilah took my order. Not only did she personally welcome me to this establishment she maintained a smile throughout this whole order and made it a overall enjoyable experience. Usually people standing outside in this heat are not genuinely excited and so thoughtful but she was. 10/10 experience if you are looking for a local Chick-fil-A to try, id recommend this one.“
