Food is always hot and fresh at this location, however there is almost always something missing for my order, whether it be salad dress, sauces, straws, salad toppings, etc. And the service is usually on the slow side, which I wouldn’t mind if my orders were always correct. But to be slow AND miss things, it’s a little frustrating. When it’s right, it’s great though!
Miss Terianna was amazing with me she went out and beyond to get my order just like I wanted. 10/10 for customer service
With a 6 year old grandson, we frequent Chick fil A restaurants for the play area. I have noticed other nearby locations have lost that “chick fil a” feeling of customer service and friendly employees. This location does a fantastic job of greeting, cleaning, and taking care of patrons. This will be our usual place to eat and let him play.
