“Had an outstanding experience at Chick-fil-A in Grand Prairie. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. My order was prepared quickly, accurately, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

The drive-thru moved efficiently even during a busy time, and the team maintained a positive attitude while providing excellent service. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and showed great attention to detail. It’s easy to see why this location has built such a strong reputation for hospitality and consistency.“

“Finally got to try the honey pimento sandwich. Very different type of sandwich. I wonder who created this. I liked it though. Pretty darn good. Not enough honey on mine though. I also enjoy the pineapple dragonfruit sunjoy. That was also good.“

“First Chick-fil-A that I've ever seen that does walk around service. They offered me refills, mints and were very respectful and friendly. A great environment for your family to enjoy. There is a wo default kids play area , I come in and bring my laptop and my kids play for hours. They have great seating options. They keep the place clean and they have a lot of younger kids who work there but they work hard and are very respectful. Truly impressive and by far my favorite location to go.“
