“Had an outstanding experience at Chick-fil-A in Grand Prairie. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. My order was prepared quickly, accurately, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

The drive-thru moved efficiently even during a busy time, and the team maintained a positive attitude while providing excellent service. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and showed great attention to detail. It’s easy to see why this location has built such a strong reputation for hospitality and consistency.“

“This is my new go to location!!! Let me start off by saying I have never been to a location where the manager is working the drive thru. When the gentleman handed me my food he made eye contact and said enjoy your food ma’am but in my native language 🥹I felt like my brother was handing me my food! Most drive thru workers rarely speak and want to rush you out of the way but not this guy. Customer service was beyond what I expected! To be noticed means a lot. It’s been a couple of days from my visit so I don’t recall his name, forgive me! Mr Wayne H you have great staff!! Thank you for your kindness!!“
