“I ordered the Mac and cheese, which is what I usually get, and I enjoyed it a lot. One thing is I ordered it with ketchup (yes call me crazy), but there was no ketchup. Anyways, the food was good, so was the fruit and milkshake. 4.5 stars overall if I had to choose.“
“Sad, I usually love Chick-fil-A. Lately not up to par. Order not what I received. Girl repeated back my order correctly but didn't enter it correctly. Had to wait fob15 to 20 minutes for my food because I now request my nuggets cooked fresh. There have been several times lately that the nuggets are grease soaked like they were on the bottom soaking the run off. Asked me sad.“
“We go to very few fast food places these days. The prices, customer service, etc... But one place we will continue to frequent is Chic Fil A. The food is always fresh, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is still the best out there.
Of all the Chic Fil A restaurants we have ever been to, the one at 603 S. Plano in Richardson is our favorite. Tina and her team stand out more than any fast food restaurant we have ever visited. Tina is always positive...always full of energy...and always has a kind word and a smile, no matter how busy they are or what time of day it is. We have never received bad service at her restaurant and our day picks up a every time we see she is at the restaurant!
Chic Fil A can be proud of their food, their values and the excellent customer service they offer. But the number one reason we go to this location is because of Tina! Thank you for a great experience every time we visit!“
“We love this CFA! The staff at this location are absolutely exceptional. We bring our family almost every week and have loved getting to know so many of the kind, helpful, and outstanding staff members. We especially love Ms. Kelly as she loves our kids so well and has even taken the time to crochet baby booties for our baby coming at the end of this month. She is the most thoughtful and hardworking and we are so grateful for her and the whole team!“
