“Sad, I usually love Chick-fil-A. Lately not up to par. Order not what I received. Girl repeated back my order correctly but didn't enter it correctly. Had to wait fob15 to 20 minutes for my food because I now request my nuggets cooked fresh. There have been several times lately that the nuggets are grease soaked like they were on the bottom soaking the run off. Asked me sad.“
“Great food, love coming here with my friends but yall gotta do something about Chuy. I had a long morning and was struggling separate stack of bills I was trying to pay with, and also my app wasn’t scanning and he just seemed so annoyed with me that I felt bad just for trying to get lunch for me and my friends. Yeah I took a long time, I’m sorry for that, but i just wanted to eat lunch man. I also told him I needed to pay for two orders separately and he disappeared after taking the first one. I get it if he wanted me to wait in line again to do the second order, but he coulda just told me instead of vanishing. I felt embarrassed just getting my food, please bear with people who may come across as difficult customers because maybe they’re just having a rough morning“
“We love this CFA! The staff at this location are absolutely exceptional. We bring our family almost every week and have loved getting to know so many of the kind, helpful, and outstanding staff members. We especially love Ms. Kelly as she loves our kids so well and has even taken the time to crochet baby booties for our baby coming at the end of this month. She is the most thoughtful and hardworking and we are so grateful for her and the whole team!“
