“I want to give a huge shoutout to Dimitri and Micah for being such a bright spot in my day.

First, Dimitri… thank you for your kindness and attentiveness. People truly don’t realize how much a simple act of kindness can impact someone. I was having a really rough morning, and your positive attitude genuinely made me feel better. You even noticed the Snoh Aalegra playing in my car, which honestly made the interaction feel even more personal and warm. Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful. The world really does need more people like you.

Then I got to the window and Micah continued that same amazing energy! It’s so refreshing to come across people who are genuinely positive and welcoming. Y’all turned my whole morning around without even realizing it.

This is exactly the kind of customer service people remember. Shoutout to both of you for making someone’s day a little lighter. ❤️

“I’ve GOT to take the time to BRAG about LUCIAN!!!

He was very attentive taking our drive-thru order, which, some of that order was for a diabetic.

Not only did he get everything right the first go round, he assured me, that everything was correct down to the minor details.

His kindness was outstanding but his presence was out of this world. Most people drift off into their routines and go with the flow without much thought, not Lucian, he was focused on who was in front
Of him and give us his sincere upmost attention.

Also shout out to the woman handing out orders in a black sleeveless top, I needed extra napkins - she rushed them to the window and even took our drink carrier so it wouldn’t be in the way.

I think I just found the best chick fil a in the area. 👑“
