I dined in for like 3 hours catching up with my sis. We both had our son and they enjoyed the play area. Food was okay. My chicken on my spicy chicken biscuit wasn't as juicy as I'm used to getting. When I left I went through the drive thru for lunch and they forgot my drink. I drove back to get it and there were no problems. I did receive an apology.
This is my best chick fil in Addison TX. Mr Kelly and Crew are far the best. He really takes interest in catering to his clients @ store and over at Addison Cr 1. Supervisor Wade at Addison Cr 2 has always appreciated his professionalism coming in and out. Thanks Mr Kelly and staff for everything... Officer

i never write reviews but the quality and customer service of this place is un real. i was unable to pickup my order on time due to traffic, and these kind folks replaced my fries because it got soggy. without me asking, just had it ready. these are the kindest folks ever :)
