i never write reviews but the quality and customer service of this place is un real. i was unable to pickup my order on time due to traffic, and these kind folks replaced my fries because it got soggy. without me asking, just had it ready. these are the kindest folks ever :)

I’ve ordered delivery from here many times due to it being closest to my job. The food is always bad. I’m not sure why. I’ve ordered breakfast and lunch from here. They don’t put the correct condiments that are ordered. This time I didn’t get a straw. It’s always something at this location.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option. My GF loves chick-fil-A and she placed an order for delivery. The message said that the driver had arrived and then immediately said that they delivered the order but that didn’t happen. We called the restaurant and the manager just said that the order was delivered and that they had a picture, but we never got a picture to confirm or the food for that matter. It’s not a lot of money but the issue is that the food was never delivered and we left tip and all and never saw the food. We will no longer buy food from this establishment

Got a 4pcs tenders and a market salad today, tenders were super dry and small more like nuggets. The market salad didn’t have any blue cheese and barely had chicken. This is definitely not what you usually get from Chick fil A. Very disappointed. Paid over $20 for morning.

I understand it's freezing and the light drizzle of snow yesterday probably impacted a few businesses and caused a delay opening. But to watch 15 cars in the drive through and not say anything is rude. We saw 2 workers in there walking around.People wouldn't have been mad if the woman told us in the drive through that y'all would open later or atleast respond to us. She was making lemonade looking at ppl through the window with a headset on. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AT ALL JUST LOOKING AT US.
