All food was cold, the sandwich and the fries. Very disappointing. Especially as the price was very close to a sit down restaurant. This may explain why the drive thru was so empty. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A so empty at lunch time.Food being cold is a BIG deal it's 50% of the quality of the meal
They were accommodating when my nuggets were at room temperature. They gave me a brand-new order. Everyone was friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: They had lots of room for our ? 's.
