Quite possibly the worst chick-fil-a I’ve ever had. They provide you with subpar service, meaning workers seem to always have an attitude problem. Food quality is mediocre: old fruit, burnt bread, etc. Coming to this specific location actually makes me never want to go to Chick-Fil-A again. Either fix the issues or shut it down.

I order Drive through window she told me to Wait ,but after 10 minutes wait i walked to window ,i asked to cancel ,but she said order is ready ,after 20 cars served not happy never back to that location

WHoEVER WAS AT THE OTHER END SEEMED TO BE IN SUCH A HURRY SHE WOUKD TRY TO GUESS THE REMAINDER IF MY ITEMS. TWICE I HAD TO ATOP HER AND NO MaaaaM ..that is incorrect. I specifically asked for NO PICKLES 2 ORIG SAUCES NO FRIES MAC N CHEESE. THIS IS ACTUALLY THE 1ST TIME THAT A CHIC FA LAY HAS EVER f-offed an order so bad. I know this is an isolated incident. At a craft store.
All food was cold, the sandwich and the fries. Very disappointing. Especially as the price was very close to a sit down restaurant. This may explain why the drive thru was so empty. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A so empty at lunch time.Food being cold is a BIG deal it's 50% of the quality of the meal
