“We often get delivery from here. I am always pleasantly surprised by how good their food is, breakfast and dinner. Everything tastes super fresh each time. I will say they sometimes forget things like drinks, dipping sauce, and coffee accompaniments but I don’t mind because the food tastes so good!“

“May the angels working the night shift on 17 Feb 2025 get all the praise and recognition they deserve! I'd ordered from this Ihop through Doordash while waiting at the super nearby Baylor Heart Hospital's ER with my mom. Thankfully she was ok and got discharged but before the doordash order was set to be delivered to the ER. I sent my dasher a message informing her so but that we were willing to meet her at Ihop and save her the trip. No response. I called my dasher. No response. I get to the restaurant and turns out the dasher had taken the food anyway and left the order as in progress on Doordash... The ladies at Ihop were completely blameless but apologetic all the same. They quickly decided to remake the order without a second thought. They were kind enough to bring it out to the car where I was dealing with Doordash customer service while waiting with my hungry mom - and fast. Thank you ladies for turning a rough night into a pleasant exchange, yall are sweethearts that spread hope in humanity no matter how simple it might have seemed. My sincerest thank yous! Oh and that meal back home was absolutely delicious, compliments to you all!“
