“This I-Hop today was like it use to be back in the areas of 2001 thru 2018. after Covid , portions were small or rationed and tasted bad. It was hit or miss if food was good.
Recently came back and food portions and good was just OK.
This morning , the Portions , and Great tasting food , was back to the earlier years.
Service was very nice , polite , and patient , with all our requests.
Will be letting rest of realatives know about how great ut was this morning. So they can come back also.“
“I’ve been having a hard time and took my two daughters to eat dinner here to distract us from reality for a little while. While my kids ate I just kind of sat there as dramatic as that seems. Emlea was my waitress and noticed I was having a moment and I was telling my kids my eyes were just watering that I needed some allergy medicine. She brought my kids ice cream to distract them from me and wrote such nice words on my receipt it brought more tears out. I just feel she needs the recognition for going above and beyond when she didn’t have to and being so nice to someone she didn’t know. This was so much more than customer service to me. You don’t see many people like her anymore and just wanted to somehow let her know how much this moment really meant to me!“
