“Nice location. Interesting layout, friendly staff, nice and clean. I just got a frappe, but it came out perfectly.

Edit: this location cooked the best fast food bacon I've ever had, on a recent double-QPC. 😲 If you want one of their fancier burgers, I can vouch for this store. Never had any sort of problem with them.“

“I came to this location after running errands around the area. My app promo code didn’t take at the kiosk at first, but when I moved to a different one, it also gave me the same issue with the way it wouldn’t refresh the screen.

The team member behind the counter was able to help me. She was very friendly and understanding. I placed my order and the food was ready within a matter of minutes. The location had a good amount of customers dining in. The place is clean and service is great.“

“I’m not sure who’s cooking or what’s going on but we just had the BEST McDonald’s food ever. Everything was 10/10. Me and my husband both brought up how good it was. Chicken nuggets perfectly crispy. Burgers super juicy. Everything so fresh! Made my day.“

“There was a young woman who took our order very well, very and sweet . It was my first time at this McDonald's and I really liked it,her name seemed to be Erik, that's what I saw in her jacket . We need more people like her in all McDonald's. 10/10. I went in the afternoon. If you'd like to come eat here and be served well, come here and ask for Erik, she’ll take care of you!“

“I took my kids to McDonald's last weekend and they absolutely loved the Play Place. The slides and climbing area kept them entertained for over an hour while we enjoyed our meals. The food was the usual tasty classics—hot fries and juicy burgers hit the spot. Overall, it's a reliable spot for a quick, fun family meal with happy kids.“

“This McDonald’s is one of the better locations I go to. The staff is always nice, the food and fries are hot, and I rarely ever have an issue with my order. They are fast, efficient, and usually have everything ready without a long wait, which I really appreciate.
The only downside is that the prices at this location, right off 15th Street and North Central Expressway, seem to be a little higher than the McDonald’s off Jupiter and President George Bush, even though that location is only about 7 to 8 minutes away. I would say it is about a dollar more per item. Even with that, this location is very convenient and still a solid spot to stop by.“

“I mean it's McDonald's, but at least this particular location has not ever given me a wrong order or subpar food. For example, if I order no ice in my drink , I get not ice or when I get my burger it's hot and the bun is not stale or hard.“

“Had the sweetest lady at the second window tonight at 10pm. She is genuinely the nicest worker I have EVER met at a McDonalds. I just wanted to give her 5 stars bc she was so sweet and I wish more people like her worked at McDonald’s. They are truly so lucky to have her as a staff member. Also ice cream and snack wraps were 10/10 but the customer service carried.“

“First time to McDonald's in years. Chicken nuggets were hard and barely warm. Reported it to the young super-busy skinny staff at the counter, who offered to make me a new batch--exemplary service. The new fresh batch was almost the best in town--quality. To err is human, but to be willing and accountable to correct for our errors is commendable.

We also witnessed this staff having to patiently deal with an unnecessary amount of immature attitudes from some young arrogant customers. She deserves a huge raise!“

“I’ve been coming to this location for years and it has always been a great experience.
The restaurant is consistently clean, the staff is friendly and my orders are always accurate and served quickly.
the manager ROSA does an amazing job! She is always professional, welcoming and works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You can really tell she cares about her customers and her team!!
It’s rare to find a location that stays this consistent over the years.

“I witnessed a manager assisting an elderly couple both in wheelchairs. He was so kind and patient and helped them from the time they arrived until they left. He brought them anything they asked for. There is too little of that in the world today. What a great soul. Every now and then McDonald's gets real quality people“

“Robert went above and beyond to make sure I could get the best deal on my order. I appreciate how he made the adjustment and explained to me the current offer available. He was quick and helpful. He didn’t have to do any of that and he didn’t hold up the drive through even for a second. He is the example of a good customer service experience. That really made my night. Thanks Robert.“

“Great food at a decent location. This location is accessible friendly and does have accessible parking though you do have to be careful about access. Sometimes it gets blocked or is not available. This location is visible from the road and easily accessible from two different roads. The parking lot is a little complicated in design and causes traffic jams but over all there's plenty of parking and it is not horrible. The bathrooms are good but they can be dirty and given the influx of traffic and the traffic coming in that's not surprising at this location. Overall the restaurant is decently cleaned but could use improvement. Food quality was great and the staff here make sure to make good fresh quality food fast. Staff was friendly albeit curt but given the amount of traffic that is not surprising. I think the staff and their quality of work here is what makes this location special along with quick access to food in a place where you need it most. I would definitely be back and the food is definitely worth a return trip.“
