“There's plenty of McDonald's around this area, but this one has the highest reviews for a reason. Your food is made to order and hot. The chicken nuggets and fries were exceptionally scorching hot. I love it. The restaurant is also clean.“

“I’m giving them 5 stars because the last 3 times I’ve been here they make my coffee perfect every time. They move the lines pretty quick. I was probably in line for maybe 2 mins this morning and that’s with ordering and waiting behind three cars. I also don’t make reviews often about fast food chains but this location takes the cake.“

“I’m not sure who’s cooking or what’s going on but we just had the BEST McDonald’s food ever. Everything was 10/10. Me and my husband both brought up how good it was. Chicken nuggets perfectly crispy. Burgers super juicy. Everything so fresh! Made my day.“

“There was a young woman who took our order very well, very and sweet . It was my first time at this McDonald's and I really liked it,her name seemed to be Erik, that's what I saw in her jacket . We need more people like her in all McDonald's. 10/10. I went in the afternoon. If you'd like to come eat here and be served well, come here and ask for Erik, she’ll take care of you!“

“I just have to take a moment to shout out Stephanie. she is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked up, she greeted me with such a warm and genuine smile. She was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly polite truly a breath of fresh air.

Not only did she make sure my order was perfect, but she handled everything quickly and efficiently without ever losing her cheerful attitude. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their customer service, and Stephanie definitely stands out.“

“McDonald's is well McDonald's the food is like normal tastes great. This location is clean I've not witnessed lingering trash on tables or anything like that. The floor is clean as well. The restroom men's that is stays clean for most part. It speaks volumes to the capacity of it's crowded well things move accordingly yet I'm the end I would still rank them above a lot of other locations in the metroplex.“

“I mean it's McDonald's, but at least this particular location has not ever given me a wrong order or subpar food. For example, if I order no ice in my drink , I get not ice or when I get my burger it's hot and the bun is not stale or hard.“

“Had the sweetest lady at the second window tonight at 10pm. She is genuinely the nicest worker I have EVER met at a McDonalds. I just wanted to give her 5 stars bc she was so sweet and I wish more people like her worked at McDonald’s. They are truly so lucky to have her as a staff member. Also ice cream and snack wraps were 10/10 but the customer service carried.“

“First time to McDonald's in years. Chicken nuggets were hard and barely warm. Reported it to the young super-busy skinny staff at the counter, who offered to make me a new batch--exemplary service. The new fresh batch was almost the best in town--quality. To err is human, but to be willing and accountable to correct for our errors is commendable.

We also witnessed this staff having to patiently deal with an unnecessary amount of immature attitudes from some young arrogant customers. She deserves a huge raise!“

“Really nice interior. Employees are nice. Has lobby fountain drink machine for refills and play area for children. Obviously it's still a McDonalds so it has all the baggage that comes with that, but it's pretty good for a McDonalds. Kitchen equipment is noisy, but all McDonald's are like that. (interior glass wall in lobby helps a little) No WiFi, but usually Maccas WiFi is too slow to use anyways“

“Robert went above and beyond to make sure I could get the best deal on my order. I appreciate how he made the adjustment and explained to me the current offer available. He was quick and helpful. He didn’t have to do any of that and he didn’t hold up the drive through even for a second. He is the example of a good customer service experience. That really made my night. Thanks Robert.“

“I witnessed a manager assisting an elderly couple both in wheelchairs. He was so kind and patient and helped them from the time they arrived until they left. He brought them anything they asked for. There is too little of that in the world today. What a great soul. Every now and then McDonald's gets real quality people“

“I mean. It's freaking McDonald's. Y'all need to stop leaving bad reviews based on common knowledge. They make generic food. Sometimes they screw up orders. For a fast food joint? 5 stars. You're not comparing this to a fancy place like Tex de Brazil. Base your reviews on where the hell you went.“
