McDonald's in Frisco

“I ordered five Big Macs and honestly they were the best Big Macs I’ve had in a long time. Much better than other McDonald’s locations. However, the quality at McDonald’s seems to vary a lot from store to store. That’s a bit of a problem. Especially the chicken sandwiches — those are often the worst.“

“Im gonna be real honest, there is always going to be a special place in my heart for this location because i know some people here. With that being said. This location is good if you want fresh food, if no one is answering at the speaker it’s most likely because they are busy/dont have many workers working. Give them some time to do what they need to do. I would suggest being a little more clean as far as the inside other than that, I appreciate everyone who works at this location. Because i understand that the customers can be very difficult.“

“The food was McDonald's food. I mean, it is what it is. I would have given five stars because it was fine as far as that food goes, but it was swimming in mayo and I had to park and wait for it. Thus the four stars.

The employees were very nice. No qualms there.

The drive-through was nice enough. It is a little extra hot when they use the blacktop. That's not my fav.

Not my best MickyD's experience, but I'd try again. Maybe they were a bit slow because they were a little short-staffed that day. You never know. It was ok all told.“

“We were served by the manager, Mr. Polo, and he was amazing. Our students needed extra time to order and pay, and he was incredibly patient and friendly. He made everyone feel valued. Truly one of the best McDonald’s managers I’ve ever met. Thank you, Mr. Polo!“

“I just visited this McDonald’s and ordered through the drive-through. The service was good, and I’m not blaming the staff. As I’ve mentioned in my previous reviews, McDonald’s taste is usually consistent across locations.

However, I noticed two small things at this location that could use a little more care:

1️⃣ Fries quantity felt less than usual. Since we’re paying for it, consistency in portion size really matters.
2️⃣ Burger bun was over-toasted, and I could clearly taste it, which affected the overall experience.

I’ve visited many McDonald’s locations — some prepare burgers perfectly, with the right crispiness, sauces, and balance. Here, the preparation felt a bit random rather than professional.

This is not a bad review — just honest feedback. Some customers may get a perfect order, some may not. I’m only sharing what I experienced so the franchise can improve consistency.

“I had the pleasure of visiting this location on Christmas. The staff were so full of Christmas cheer and joy! I swore that when I pulled up to the window, I could hear them singing Christmas carols in the kitchen!! ✨️🎄🥺 When my order was handed to me, they said "I hope you and your family have a wonderful joyous Christmas!!" I was so amazed. This is what Christmas is all about, folks. God Bless!!!!!“

“We love this location thanks to the human AI guy as my family calls him. His customer service is not only great but entertaining. However, I heard he was told to stop. I get corporate branding but this helps to sell this location. He’s always recorded our order perfectly. With such a crazy world it’s nice to laugh at something consistently funny. Instead of him getting in trouble they should be applauding him.“

“I stop in the drive-through here once in awhile for breakfast or lunch. It's close to my office so it's convenient. Food is fast, hot, and tastes good. Fries always seem to have just been pulled from the fryer. Like everyone else though, prices have gone up.“
