McDonald's in Frisco

“Stopped at McDonalds early morning before work and grabbed a sausage egg McMuffin with a hash brown. The food came out hot and the hash brown was actually crispy instead of sitting around. The drive thru moved quick too. Solid spot when u need breakfast fast and dont wanna wait.“

“Im gonna be real honest, there is always going to be a special place in my heart for this location because i know some people here. With that being said. This location is good if you want fresh food, if no one is answering at the speaker it’s most likely because they are busy/dont have many workers working. Give them some time to do what they need to do. I would suggest being a little more clean as far as the inside other than that, I appreciate everyone who works at this location. Because i understand that the customers can be very difficult.“

“We were served by the manager, Mr. Polo, and he was amazing. Our students needed extra time to order and pay, and he was incredibly patient and friendly. He made everyone feel valued. Truly one of the best McDonald’s managers I’ve ever met. Thank you, Mr. Polo!“

“The food was McDonald's food. I mean, it is what it is. I would have given five stars because it was fine as far as that food goes, but it was swimming in mayo and I had to park and wait for it. Thus the four stars.

The employees were very nice. No qualms there.

The drive-through was nice enough. It is a little extra hot when they use the blacktop. That's not my fav.

Not my best MickyD's experience, but I'd try again. Maybe they were a bit slow because they were a little short-staffed that day. You never know. It was ok all told.“

“We went to a birthday party here and it was fun but the play area was small and the room was also small. The happy meals were disappointing with small flavorless burgers and chicken nuggets had no taste. The kids had fun and that’s what’s important. The service was good.“

“Ubalde is absolutely amazing! Even though he’s always working super late hours, he never fails to make me smile. Love his kindness and his positive attitude. Not to mention, he’s never messed up my order, he’s the best!“

“Can’t believe I get charge 50 cents for a bbq sauce packet. I shouldn’t have to pay for this. Sad thing is I’ve grown up here and work at this location when I was young. Will no longer be taking my business to people like that. Hope it’s worth getting nothing from me now.“
