McDonald's in Frisco

“Im gonna be real honest, there is always going to be a special place in my heart for this location because i know some people here. With that being said. This location is good if you want fresh food, if no one is answering at the speaker it’s most likely because they are busy/dont have many workers working. Give them some time to do what they need to do. I would suggest being a little more clean as far as the inside other than that, I appreciate everyone who works at this location. Because i understand that the customers can be very difficult.“

“First time there stopped in for a break about 2pm drive thru food was hot and fast service.I used a code and person could not understand me saying 4547 so asked could I drive up to place my order then I heard something tell them 4547 so all good I drove 7 mins I really enjoyed my food 10 out of 10.“

“We were served by the manager, Mr. Polo, and he was amazing. Our students needed extra time to order and pay, and he was incredibly patient and friendly. He made everyone feel valued. Truly one of the best McDonald’s managers I’ve ever met. Thank you, Mr. Polo!“

“The food was McDonald's food. I mean, it is what it is. I would have given five stars because it was fine as far as that food goes, but it was swimming in mayo and I had to park and wait for it. Thus the four stars.

The employees were very nice. No qualms there.

The drive-through was nice enough. It is a little extra hot when they use the blacktop. That's not my fav.

Not my best MickyD's experience, but I'd try again. Maybe they were a bit slow because they were a little short-staffed that day. You never know. It was ok all told.“

“Hit or miss sometimes depending on the workers. I mostly get breakfast food if I come to McD for the oatmeal and hashbrowns, with occasional McGriddle. Other than breakfast times, whenever I get their fries it’s almost always the one at the end of the batch, so not fresh ones. Eh to be expected I guess“

“Ubalde is absolutely amazing! Even though he’s always working super late hours, he never fails to make me smile. Love his kindness and his positive attitude. Not to mention, he’s never messed up my order, he’s the best!“

“I do see all of the bad reviews for this location. For some reason every single time I go and have gone, no matter the time or the day, I never have any issues. My food is always fresh and I always get a vanilla iced coffee, which always tastes very good.“
