This location had some delays due to orders ahead in line needing to be fixed. My coke came as a diet coke. It was all meh. McDonald's has been around for a while. Should be able to get fast food done right. But what else would you expect from McDonald's? If you want quality, go to Chick-fil-A or Hat Creek.McDonald's tried to improve quality a few years back and I ended my blacklisting. I think I have been disappointed enough that they are going back on the list.
The food was very good. I chose this location over one closer to my home because that one has the worst customer service. It appears in multiple locations I have experienced problems in McDonald's identifying order for indoor pick up and those for car side delivery as every single time I have had to go inside to get the food after checking in and waiting over 20 min and having to go inside. I think this best Location in Frisco TX the customer service great the food always fresh & hot Everytime I walk in I put my order in it's done less than 5 mins I will be coming back thank y'all employees they deserve more pay ??
