“I was just here today. I put an online order for a frappe. About a minute after placing the order my order was prepared I couldn’t believe it as I usually visit the Macdonald’s in Melissa where they take forever when it comes to prepare online orders. The ladies who prepare my order were beyond kind. Great customer service.“

“Look, I walked in expecting the usual: sticky floors, questionable fries, and a Coke machine that tastes like sadness. Instead this McDonald’s is so clean I thought I’d accidentally wandered into a hospital lobby. I half expected someone to offer me hand sanitizer before I ordered.
Whoever’s manning the grill back there deserves a Michelin star—or at least a better hourly wage.“

“On April 20 2026 at 10am very bad customer service, I stand at counter for a few minutes waiting to get ketchupand got sauce , and I was ignored, wh also others customer had to repeat thir orders a 5 times to fet correct...this place needs a better customer service..“
