McDonald's in Lewisville

“The young lady taking our order thru drive thru was very refreshing, she seemed to enjoy her job. My husband never compliments anyone, but complemented her. We enjoyed her up beat demener. And yes it rubs off on you. The girl giving out the food not to friendly, she acted like we was bothering her.
This was on 9/27 I think around 9 to 10 range.“

“Look it’s a McDonald’s but the thing that makes this five stars is the fact that at least half of this restaurant is given over to a kids play area. Two-story playground, toddler accessible and they even have a family restroom separate from the regular bathrooms!! even though this is an extra 5 mile drive for us It is by far worth it! Food seems to be a little bit higher quality as well“

Order and confirm the meal...as I was busy on the phone to figure out my family needs, which combo meal… At last, my daughter changed her mind, want a regular MacChicken burger, no spicy one. She is still smiling and said me let me check... and bring back all items I ordered. Thank you so much for your understandings:)“

I enjoy the food, but the staff at this particular location know how to work hard and serve your food with a smile.

“I get my morning coffee here every single day, and I love the welcoming vibe—everyone is always so cheerful and friendly.
A special shoutout to Maria! She is incredibly attentive and truly goes above and beyond. Coffee can vary a bit from day to day, and whenever a cup wasn't quite to my taste, I never complained—I’d just set it aside and refill my tea instead. But Maria noticed. She came over, asked how I preferred my coffee, and brought me a cup made exactly the way I like it.
