McDonald's in Lewisville

“Drive through guy is always nice and welcoming. Drive through workers are always fast! They have a nice play place with a bathroom right outside for kids/parents! I ordered through the app and they served us in the kids area. Kids enjoy this one! The regular eating area is pretty nice as well.“

“I ordered through the McDonald’s mobile app and was really impressed with how quickly my food was ready. The service was fast, and everything was fresh and hot when I picked it up. However, I did request no onions on my burger, and that part was overlooked. It’s a small mistake, but checking special requests would make the experience even better. Overall, a good visit with quick service — just needs a little more attention to detail.“

“Sometimes while in the drive-thru I feel like they only care if I'm using a mobile app or if want a medium or large. I've had my ordered wrong a few times at night. Never made a big stink about it until now. Check your food! These guys become absent-minded at times during the late evening.“

“Multuple good points on This McDonald's: - it is cheaper than others around (my fav meal, double qt dluxe, is 2 dollars cheaper thank the one in lewisville main street)
- The service is better than the ones in flower mound and lewisville; they always offer a tray of unlimited complementary dips; it is cleaner and always have utensils, napkins, straws, etc ready. There is soap at the bathroom!!
- believe or not, the coke has better taste, porbaly machine is well calibrated; I pick this place when I want coke, better taste than and other McDonald's
-the only negative thing is that multiple times they've missed items in to-go orders, but just double check the items and if you miss one they will build it immediately, ahh and they will give you a pie for the inconvenience“

“Jesus And Thomas are truly my go to guys as well as the whole morning staff that are above and beyond my expectations. They know me so well even without me asking for ice water to have after my morning coffee they have it ready for me. Now how's that for a top of the line service. Hats off to you guys.🎩“

“I stopped in for lunch and the monopoly game. Fries were hot, dr pepper was cold big Mac was like warm. I ask an employee how I could get more game pieces and he couldn't tell me but if you look on the self checkout kiosk there is a button that shows everything you get a game piece with. I got large fries, large drink, and a big Mac for 10.16 seems reasonable to me.“
