last night after the Madonna concert my friend, aunt and I went through the drive-thru at like 2 in the morning and mind you with being the only ones in line the cashier michael was so patient and kind to us we truly appreciated the service. He made sure the food was hot and fresh for us. he made sure that my family was taken care. thank you so much for feeding us michael at mcdonald's. i will always be a miciddys kid at heart with my nuggets and sauce
I want to thank Paloma for being the best manager at any Lewisville McDonald's . She went above and beyond a few weeks ago helping a young man out . She deserves lots of recognition .

This place recently decided to go 24/7 operating hours. And at 2am there was no customers in site. Inside or out. I was in the drive-thru for 12 minutes. They claimed they had to cook everything fresh. Which is normally understandable, except the fries and chicken nuggets were stale, chewy and just not fresh. They were hot but that's about it. I think they just re cooked the nuggets and fries rather than go with fresh ones. Don't go here at 2am that's all I'm saying. I've been...read full review
