McDonald's in Irving

“The staff are very good about taking your money but needs improvement on making sure that they have the order correct. Too much focus on taking our money and not enough on making sure that they are giving us what we paid for is not good service. 🧐“

“Food was frwsh and hot. The atmosphere was cool and cozy. The restaraunt was very clean and had a nice layout. There were plenty of seating all around with a cozy view. The food was hot and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Ordering was fast with a real person or the touch screen display. There was plenty of parking all around the restaraunt .“

“This McDonalds usually has great service, has great food however the homeless population around it drags the atmosphere down a bit, Restrooms are clean and has a play place for kids. Tons of parking when it’s not busy but no parking when it’s not. And Guess what their Ice Cream Machine works everytime!!“

“I mentioned to the manager how different the store is versus a year ago. I noticed smiling happy staff that gave extra attention to customers. Store was very clean and welcoming. The manager mentioned had been there 6 months. We congratulated him and his staff for such a big difference in experience. Even the wrapping and boxing for burgers and Big Macs looked carefully prepared with perfect perportion. Great caring staff make great stores and great food. It trickles down. Congrats on now being one of the best McDonald's out there. What a turn around. I hope owners keep the focus on staff as they are doing now. We will be back now.“

“I was staying near the airport, and this McDonald’s was the closest to my hotel. The lobby area was very nice and comfortable for dining in. The employees were very helpful and quick to prepare my meal. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, so I was able to sit wherever I liked and enjoy a quiet visit.

The location is also surrounded by several retail stores, which makes it very convenient. The food was just as good as any McDonald’s I’ve been to, but the staff at this location really stood out and made the experience even better.“

“Joshua has the most upbeat energy. His demeanor uplifted me on my exhausting break and he is full of Christmas spirit. I’ve never heard a more genuinely kind and enthusiastic McDonald’s employee. Not only does he need a raise he needs a promotion. I went out of my way to ask who took my order because he wasn’t at check out in the drive thru. He was incredible! Go Joshua!“

“I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to the manager, Maritza. She was extremely friendly, professional, and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell she truly cares about both the customers and her team. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable, and I will definitely be coming back. McDonald’s is lucky to have a manager like Maritza leading the restaurant!“

“The food was perfect. It was fresh, hot, and exactly what I would expect from McDonald's itself. However, the people aren't the friendliest, they ignore guest with questions regarding their orders. I know they get busy and frustrated with rude people, but I feel a little more acknowledgment of the customers would've been preferred. Overall not a bad experience“

“I would never take time to leave a McDonald's review but when I tell you all McDonald's customer service in general is sub par. But not this location. Everything i come in they speak, very courteous, all the staff are professional #ALL. Shout out to whoever managing the team cause yall do a good job.“

“I used to come here a lot of with my friends during High school. I remember we had so much fun hanging out during our lunch breaks.

Occasionally the amount of people here would vary especially since we’d come in medium groups, but the service was always diligent and quick.

Depending on how much people there were, the food would come out quite well, as in fresh. When it was empty, the food which was served was not exactly fresh, and the oil used tasted old. Of course, from McDonald’s, always expect the same food quality.

The service in contrast was very efficient and better than I had expected. The staff are very acknowledgeable and helpful. I’d like to thank them for always providing us with food especially when we only had about 20 minutes to eat before we had to go back for class.

The atmosphere was pretty clean and I don’t remember trash being left around before we sat.

Overall, I would like to give this McDonald’s a 7/10 rating, and if you’re looking for quality over quantity, then this is the place for you!“
