McDonald's in Irving

“It's McDonald's...whatever you know? But if you're looking for one that provides in a timely manner and with good service. This is it. I don't eat this junk often but when you're in a bind for time this place will definitely do!“

“Food was frwsh and hot. The atmosphere was cool and cozy. The restaraunt was very clean and had a nice layout. There were plenty of seating all around with a cozy view. The food was hot and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Ordering was fast with a real person or the touch screen display. There was plenty of parking all around the restaraunt .“

“I give 4 stars because 90% of the time the location is wonderful but then there are times I walk away scratching my head wondering how it went wrong lol my husband ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit but asked that the biscuit be substitued with a small bun... He got a big breakfast with a bun and no hotcakes 😂 overall it is a great location.“

“Joshua has the most upbeat energy. His demeanor uplifted me on my exhausting break and he is full of Christmas spirit. I’ve never heard a more genuinely kind and enthusiastic McDonald’s employee. Not only does he need a raise he needs a promotion. I went out of my way to ask who took my order because he wasn’t at check out in the drive thru. He was incredible! Go Joshua!“

“I called beforehand to see if they had a specific happy meal toy. They confirmed that they had a full selection to choose from. I went there and bought not only one but three happy meals to get the different toys I wanted. Also, the food was extremely fresh and delicious. I ate them in the car.“

“I had a really great curbside pickup experience at this McDonald’s. The employee who brought out my order was very polite and friendly. He even had a tray of different sauces with him and asked if I needed any, which was a really nice touch.

I also appreciated that they put the napkins in a separate small bag, so they stayed clean instead of being mixed in with the food. It’s a small detail, but it shows they put thought into the service. Overall, very thoughtful and excellent customer service!“

“McDonald's is McDonald's and we all know the name and the food, but one thing that I've come to enjoy about a carnivore diet is the 1/4 lb burger patties a la carte. The value for these runs around the same price as buying a pound of ground beef at the store.
So when I can buy quarter pound patties and have them already cooked and seasoned and ready to eat in the car, they are much more convenient than taking home a pound of ground beef and having to cook it all.“

“Nice to see a McDonald’s with actual people working and serving customers.

Also the ability to refill your own drinks and not wait on someone to show up at a counter acting like you’re insane for asking for anything.“

“I used to come here a lot of with my friends during High school. I remember we had so much fun hanging out during our lunch breaks.

Occasionally the amount of people here would vary especially since we’d come in medium groups, but the service was always diligent and quick.

Depending on how much people there were, the food would come out quite well, as in fresh. When it was empty, the food which was served was not exactly fresh, and the oil used tasted old. Of course, from McDonald’s, always expect the same food quality.

The service in contrast was very efficient and better than I had expected. The staff are very acknowledgeable and helpful. I’d like to thank them for always providing us with food especially when we only had about 20 minutes to eat before we had to go back for class.

The atmosphere was pretty clean and I don’t remember trash being left around before we sat.

Overall, I would like to give this McDonald’s a 7/10 rating, and if you’re looking for quality over quantity, then this is the place for you!“
