“I wish all of my experiences with McDonald's were like this. I went inside to order the young lady at the counter. Was very articulate, very helpful. It's polite. I'm professional. It took a minute to get my fries, but I watched her as she handled all the customers complete professionalism. Every mcdonald's should have associates like this“

“This McDonalds usually has great service, has great food however the homeless population around it drags the atmosphere down a bit, Restrooms are clean and has a play place for kids. Tons of parking when it’s not busy but no parking when it’s not. And Guess what their Ice Cream Machine works everytime!!“

“We went right after the ice started melting. Those fries and chicken nuggets were so fresh, it was like stepping back in time to 1994. And the staff only charged us 15 cents per mac sauce container!! Obviously we got 6 to eat with everything. Most accurate order we received to date, but the freshness of the food is really what sold us on this location.“

“Joshua has the most upbeat energy. His demeanor uplifted me on my exhausting break and he is full of Christmas spirit. I’ve never heard a more genuinely kind and enthusiastic McDonald’s employee. Not only does he need a raise he needs a promotion. I went out of my way to ask who took my order because he wasn’t at check out in the drive thru. He was incredible! Go Joshua!“

“I mentioned to the manager how different the store is versus a year ago. I noticed smiling happy staff that gave extra attention to customers. Store was very clean and welcoming. The manager mentioned had been there 6 months. We congratulated him and his staff for such a big difference in experience. Even the wrapping and boxing for burgers and Big Macs looked carefully prepared with perfect perportion. Great caring staff make great stores and great food. It trickles down. Congrats on now being one of the best McDonald's out there. What a turn around. I hope owners keep the focus on staff as they are doing now. We will be back now.“

I recently stopped by the McDonald’s on Beltline Road for a quick snack, and as usual, the food was fresh, hot, and consistently good — exactly what I’ve come to expect from this location. Everything tasted great and truly hit the spot.
However, the service during this visit seemed a bit off compared to my usual experiences. I’m not sure of the young woman’s name, but she was managing all three drive-thru positions — taking orders at the speaker, collecting payments, and handing out food at the window. Throughout the process, she appeared to be a little overwhelmed and forgot our order three separate times. She kept asking, “Frappe?” even though that wasn’t what we had ordered.
To be fair, I think it may have been her first day working there, as she seemed to still be getting familiar with the system and the fast pace of the drive-thru. Everyone has to start somewhere, and I completely understand how stressful that can be. Despite the small hiccups, the overall experience was still positive. The food was great, and I always appreciate how this McDonald’s delivers reliable quality and taste, even on a slightly off night.“

“It doesn't even matter what this location does you're getting your food and they aren't asking you twice to pull up and keep their line pushing. They handle the drivers and the customers like Pro McDonald's athletes. This location is head honcho in the area!“

“Ok,,, well we should work on opening on time in the Morning and putting just a little more sugar in the sweet tea and if the drive through guy could stop sounding like he was forced into labor then I may come here more often, but the food is always on point when they actually are operating the business.“

“The word to the okay years are automatic making it easy for littles to escape and there isn't a slide that goes from top to bottom. So there's not really a reason for your toddler to come out with out incentive. You have to go get them or be creative.“

“For parents out there you have to know that this is one of the cleanest McDonald’s out there! I am always happy to come here and see the staff making sure that tables and floor is taking care of! The playground does not have the obnoxious tv-computers for kids to play with.
Please management keep it clean!“
