McDonald's in Grand Prairie

“It was very pleasant to get the only McDonald's 25 de Diciembre and find a delicious big mag with its combo and a frape coffee with a delicious smutink, only a small error with the order but corrected with your work team, plus they were in high demand, congratulations and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2025.“

“Went today around 7:30pm, they have 2 drive thru lines but they only took orders from one side at a time. Once I got around to the first window it was 2 people standing there so it made for a long wait for no reason. The burger was sloppy and the order was wrong but I had already waited 8 min to order so I just dealt with what I received.“

“Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Parnish!! She is truly an amazing manager! I overheard her coaching a coworker about not serving undercooked fries after someone brought them up too early. Instead of just letting it slide, she had them remake the order and explained why it’s important that customers always get the quality they paid for.

It was really impressive to see a manager who genuinely cares about doing things right and making sure every customer is taken care of. Big thank you to Parnish!“

“This place forgot my fries. All Grand Prairie fast food restaurants should have their managers train in Plano or Frisco where the restaurants are fast clean and accurate. Edit: I recently came back to this restaurant and it was much better.“

“I had a frustrating experience with curbside pickup at this McDonald's. I waited in my curbside spot for about 30 minutes without receiving my order. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered the phone. After waiting that long, I ended up going through the drive-thru to get my food instead.

That said, once I got to the window, the employees were very kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic about the situation. I really appreciated how they handled it and their willingness to make things right. I hope the curbside service improves because the staff's customer service was excellent despite the inconvenience.“

“Came to Mc Donald’s to get some breakfast, the Gentleman at the counter Anthony, he is American and speaks no Spanish but he tries and he treat people with respect . Great Guy I hope they know how Genuine and respectful he is. 🫡“

“Man this Mcds stands out from the rest in the area for sure. The food is always hot, place is always kept really clean and by far the Hispanic manager has some serious customer service skills. I came in as he was setting the gate to close and he still let me in and handled my order personally. Didn't catch his name but ill be back soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
