“This McDonald’s location on Randol Mill is a solid go-to when you need a fast bite. The staff are friendly, service is efficient, and the location is easy to access. The dining area is clean, and drive-thru works well even during busier hours.“

“Always clean, food always fresh and flavorful, customer service is usually good with the exception of jun 10th 2026 around 4:00pm, there was a younger, tall black lady, she was pretty rude, i said thank you and she said mmmhmmm but very quiet. Everything she said was very quiet as if she didnt want to be there and as if she hated her job. Besides her, everything is perfect.“

“I went through the drive-thru and the service was very good one thing that I didn't like much when I was going to take off the street there is a big huge dip in it and my drinks fell all the way if the entrance belongs to the McDonald's they should fix it.“

“I’ve been to so many mc Donald’s in the dfw area but this mc Donald’s was the most professional , kindest and most cleanest mc Donald’s I’ve ever been too . I went in @ 3:00 pm July 4th for the new FIFA WORLD CUP MEAL the manager helped me and her customer service was excellent. I think I just found my new everyday restaurant. I highly recommend“

“Grabbed a quick bite at McDonald’s tonight and it hit the spot. Fries were hot, burger fresh, and the soda machine worked perfectly (small victories!). The crew was friendly and kept things moving even during the dinner rush. I noticed they’ve switched to more digital ordering screens — super convenient. Not a fancy experience, but solid for a late-night craving. I’d call it an easy 8/10.“

“This McDonald’s was top notch. Stephanie & Joselyn were very attentive to every customer who came in and exemplified great customer service. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with fries- my quarter pounder came out EXACTLY how I wanted it to be- no pickles no mustard and no ketchup- my order was fulfilled perfectly with no errors and the fries were just delightful! The fries had just been made fresh which was an added bonus. There was a lady who came up & started to get an attitude with them and complain, they still exemplified great customer service back towards her and I honestly was very impressed with both of these young women. I’m sure it isn’t easy to work in food with all the alarms going off and everything moving so fast paced but these ladies had everything handled to the nines. I wish there were more people to spread positive reviews beside spewing negativity and complaining like that lady was doing.“

“Bought a kid's meal and they left out the apple slices and put about 4 fries in the box. My granddaughter is a healthy eater and this was upsetting bc we were passing through. I called and my name was put on the list to return and have my order replaced, so that was positive ☺️“

“Where do I start. The manager Mitchell is an angel. He keeps this location cleaner than my house. And he has a lot more kids then I do 💀. There’s literally no dirt anywhere and everything is in place. The service offered by Mitchell the manager was impeccable. The play house very clean. The best McDonald’s location I’ve had the opportunity to visit. Mitchell should get a promotion or raise.“

“As most people know, McDonald's gets a bad rep these days for negative customer service, crappie food, and overall terrible atmosphere. However, this particular location has truly shown that it's not the business its the people within the individual franchise that make or break the experience. The staff here have been respectful, attentive, and courteous every time my family and I have visited. They seem to take pride in making good food, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.“

“Food is good, more of a burger specialty place. Their Southwest Egg rolls are really good. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was very good and Hugh! The service was excellent. The only downfall was it was very loud! It wasn't the music, I'm not sure they even had any playing, because the people conversations were so load i couldn't hear it.“
