“The food here is usually warm, not hot.The sodas' syrup/water/carbonation calibration (call brixing) is not right, so the soda is too syrupy and not carbonated right.Tonight's Big Mac has a bun that was rock hard with a hardened piece of burnt cheese stuck to itThe orders usually have at least one mistake.We live literally one block away and our fries are cold before we get home.Often times, the employees seem clueless when a mistake is pointed out.“
“An average McDonald's, nothing jaw droping amazing (although on Sundays there's this rlly nice older lady at the front, she makes me smile) food is fresh all the time, but the mcflurries are never fully mixed ? I don't mind too much “
“The customer service here is great! As a matter of fact it is probably the best customer service we hav ever had at a McDonald. My husband and son had a hang out time there and it went amazing. He asked for a napkin from one of the workers and the worker walked over to the spot where they were and brought it to his table. The worker could have simply told my husband where it was but instead he went the extra mile. WOW, great service!Later an employee without being prompted came up to the table and asked if he wanted a refill of water. He said yes and she came back with a large cup of water. WOW! That was so nice of her. She definitely went the extra mile.Thank you all so much for your great service. God bless you all and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. “Took my kids here on a day out with dad ☺️. It was clean and no kids were there. My kids played with the tablet-like games on the wall and played in the play place. “I'm not a Mickey D's customer, but I wanted a McGriddle. It's one of the best breakfast sandwiches out there.Lucky for me they have a buy a McGriddle, get one for a $1, so we saved a few bucks there. I also tried their McFrappe and I'm impressed.It may be another 6 months before I visit again, but the drive-thru service was quick for a Sunday morning.Parking: There's plenty of parking for this location. Those using the app and their pickup service also have dedicated parking spots.“
“Bought a kid's meal and they left out the apple slices and put about 4 fries in the box. My granddaughter is a healthy eater and this was upsetting bc we were passing through. I called and my name was put on the list to return and have my order replaced, so that was positive ☺️“
“I stopped by for lunch on a weekday, in between home visits I was making for work. I opted to go inside to stretch my legs a bit. I placed my order online. Order was accurate, good quality, speedy service. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because the customer before me was hearing impaired. There was a lack of communication between employees, because when the previous order was ready, a young lady was at the counter repeatedly calling out the order #. The hearing impaired customer was at the drink station, filling up his drink. When the customer didn't go to the counter to pick up his order (because he was unable to hear), the employee left his bag of food sitting on the counter and walked away! Anyone could have taken the order! It was only a few minutes later that another employee working there (a gentleman who I assumed may have taken the hearing impaired customer's order) walked up to the counter, looked down into the bag, then looked up and scanned the area directly in front of the counter, grabbed the bag and began walking around looking for the hearing impaired customer to whom the order belonged. I know McDonald's can do better than that! I've witnessed impeccable service many, many times! Perhaps a little bit of time spent on employees practicing better internal communication would quickly alleviate this. I empathized with the customer, and I'm sure his food was most likely lukewarm at best. Nobody likes cold fries, Mickey D's!“
“Everyone was very nice and helpful.Plus a lady in the booth across from me started choking on a bite, the staff was there ASAP helping her. It all turned out great...no outside help was needed.Latara was the counter assistant that checked me out.She was very polite and helpful to make sure my order was correct...Next time I'm in the area I'll try to stop by and have a senior coffee and delicious biscuit again. ?“
“This Mcd’s has yet to fail me! They are always on point! It may take a while during their busier than normal times but that’s expected at any mcds! Every person I’ve spoken with at the windows has been nice and one even told me happy birthday today! It crazy how such a small comment will make someone’s day. They never have messed up my order, never initiate an argument with me, or mess anything up! Very glad to coming here instead of the one on green oaks.“

“This place is great specially because it's right across from att stadium but, they never have decaffeinated coffee and even if they do they never want to make it.I work close by so I always have to get out of my way to visit another McDonald's just to get a decaf.“
