“This McDonald’s location on Randol Mill is a solid go-to when you need a fast bite. The staff are friendly, service is efficient, and the location is easy to access. The dining area is clean, and drive-thru works well even during busier hours.“

“Always clean, food always fresh and flavorful, customer service is usually good with the exception of jun 10th 2026 around 4:00pm, there was a younger, tall black lady, she was pretty rude, i said thank you and she said mmmhmmm but very quiet. Everything she said was very quiet as if she didnt want to be there and as if she hated her job. Besides her, everything is perfect.“

“Dined in with our service group. I had to get help with my app amd the kiosk to make my order. 😅 We got there for a bite of lunch, but I ended up spending right at $25 for hubs and I. My apple pie was hard, chewy and seemed a bit stale. He said his spicy chicken sandwich seemed smaller than usual. 🤔 It was still a beautiful day.“

“I’ve been to so many mc Donald’s in the dfw area but this mc Donald’s was the most professional , kindest and most cleanest mc Donald’s I’ve ever been too . I went in @ 3:00 pm July 4th for the new FIFA WORLD CUP MEAL the manager helped me and her customer service was excellent. I think I just found my new everyday restaurant. I highly recommend“

“This McDonald’s was top notch. Stephanie & Joselyn were very attentive to every customer who came in and exemplified great customer service. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with fries- my quarter pounder came out EXACTLY how I wanted it to be- no pickles no mustard and no ketchup- my order was fulfilled perfectly with no errors and the fries were just delightful! The fries had just been made fresh which was an added bonus. There was a lady who came up & started to get an attitude with them and complain, they still exemplified great customer service back towards her and I honestly was very impressed with both of these young women. I’m sure it isn’t easy to work in food with all the alarms going off and everything moving so fast paced but these ladies had everything handled to the nines. I wish there were more people to spread positive reviews beside spewing negativity and complaining like that lady was doing.“

“Grabbed a quick bite at McDonald’s tonight and it hit the spot. Fries were hot, burger fresh, and the soda machine worked perfectly (small victories!). The crew was friendly and kept things moving even during the dinner rush. I noticed they’ve switched to more digital ordering screens — super convenient. Not a fancy experience, but solid for a late-night craving. I’d call it an easy 8/10.“

“Bought a kid's meal and they left out the apple slices and put about 4 fries in the box. My granddaughter is a healthy eater and this was upsetting bc we were passing through. I called and my name was put on the list to return and have my order replaced, so that was positive ☺️“

“I had had surgery, and the only thing my poor stomach wanted was a mcdonald's cheeseburger! I was at the drs for a check on the surgery. On my way home, I got my driver to stop at the closest McDonald's to the Drs office!! Oh my stomach was SO happy!!!“

“We’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for many years and the service has been disappointing since they required all orders to be mobile or kiosk and removed the self serve soda machines. It sometimes takes up to 5 minutes just to get someone’s attention to get a refill. My order was ready, but it was not at the mobile order pick up station, it was behind it where I could see it be not reach it. It took several minutes to get a workers attention to give me my meal. I miss the great friendly service that was offered here before the changes. It would be great if there was a dedicated staff member to keep an eye on the front.
That being said, the restaurant is still clean and well maintained and my orders are always accurate and good.“

“on sunday june 21 at 1030 am i went to pick up food for uber eats and manager said its not here and i said did u have person who picked up complete the pick up on the appp and she stated i dont have time for all that its not my problem....i said i call corporate and she laughed sayi g she do t care....i will be contacting corporate of macdonalds and uber letting them know know they dont follow the uber eats are door dash pickup guide lines...“
