The food is ok, but oh my God the service was so bad and awful, they always forget the most important items in meals, (usually), and rarely clean tables in the play area. I don't recommend eating at this place, there was only 2 times when my order was correct, and wasn't missing anything. The only good thing is that the order is fast, but the employees seem to be lazy.
My son has a review...I take them to have fun and eat. They were asking about the Pokémon cards... they were very upset because they only have sonic toy and not the pokemon... i really don't care but they want to make the review because is not fair... now the don't want to go back...My Advice ... ask manager Nancy... to be more pro-active in custumer services

The lobby is open a bit later than other locations which is a huge plus. I would just suggest for drinks to be double checked for delivery orders. Customers have complained to me they were missing something.
