Traveling in Texas and trying local joints. This was a real gem. Chicken fingers and country gravy are a great thing, and Chicken Express brings the A game. Biscuit was OK, but the fries were sub par. Make sure to order "spicy"! Will be back before leaving town.
We stopped at chicken express on collin for lunch and the food was delicious. Nice and freshly made. The fish was crispy and the Cole slaw so creamy unlike other places. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious that I had to eat 2 portions. And Sammy was nice and attentive and even took our food to our table. Great food and great customer service.

I had to wait for my order to be cooked. I always order gizzards, and they prepare upon ordering. Everyone was nice. They had me pull up out of the way. When food was prepared it was brought out.
