I love chicken express, but 12.50 for 4 small strips hardly the size of my finger is basically just false advertisement at this point. keep it up, probably gonna get sued like taco bell and all the other places who keep getting sued for this. those 4 "strips" probably had the equivalent to 2 stips. it was mostly just bread and no chicken inside with how thin they are and they are not even long.

3rd time order has not been correct when going through drive thru. Don't know until get home and open the boxes. No way to report it as the phone has an auto answer message with no way to speak to a person.

I had to wait for my order to be cooked. I always order gizzards, and they prepare upon ordering. Everyone was nice. They had me pull up out of the way. When food was prepared it was brought out. My food was hot, which I loved.Parking: Facility had plenty of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: The facility was family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Had wheelchair access.

Traveling in Texas and trying local joints. This was a real gem. Chicken fingers and country gravy are a great thing, and Chicken Express brings the A game. Biscuit was OK, but the fries were sub par. Make sure to order "spicy"! Will be back before leaving town.
We stopped at chicken express on collin for lunch and the food was delicious. Nice and freshly made. The fish was crispy and the Cole slaw so creamy unlike other places. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious that I had to eat 2 portions. And Sammy was nice and attentive and even took our food to our table. Great food and great customer service.

As I was parking to come inside the restaurant the cashier ran and locked the door. I arrived at 8:59pm and the store did not close until 10:00pm. I knocked on the door and cashier stated that the lobby closed at 9:00pm. I could not go through the drive thru because I was driving a high roof van. There was literally a customer sitting in the lobby eating.

Everytime I order fried pickles, I ask for ranch and I don’t receive it. It’s really annoying, this has happened MULTIPLE times. No one wants dry fried pickles, if someone asks for sauce PUT IT IN THE BAG
