“I had placed a movile order for curbside pickup as soon as i got off work (i work in dallas) and it was 50 minutes away so i figured id do it ahead of time and then pick it up closer to home. Well i placed the order and then when i got there the order never went through and i was having issues with the app. I did get an email for a mobile receipt tho. Regardless i was still having issues and didnt know what to do since i already paid for it. The manager stepped in to help resolve the issue right away so thank you so much to him. He was very respectful and helpful with the issue. 10/10 recommend this location“
“Had to wait 25 minutes for my pre ordered meals to be ready. The ONLY reason I’m giving more is because of Emily and her amazing work. She was very apologetic, empathized with me working night shift and just trying to go home after working 40 hours in 3 days. Girl deserves a raise and a promotion“
“A family friend, her daughter, and I swung into this location to grab some dinner since it was nearby where we planned to shop after and had a playground for her little.
The atmosphere was very sophisticated for a McDonalds which was nice and the food was good-no errors even with our modifications. 😆
What really deserves praise though was the kindest soul, Logan. He ran us our food orders with a smile and was the kindest thing. Working in the service industry can be exhausting, but he’s doing great. He’s definitely a reason we’d return to this location specifically. Awesome job, kiddo❤️“
