Ordered a meal through the mobile app, was told part of my meal was unavailable despite being able to be ordered in the app itself. Asked them to cancel my order only to be told that they can't do it since it was a mobile order and that I had to. The app does not have the option to do so since I was already at the location. Ate some fast food, did not sustain me through 2 hours of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, but I was comforted by it.
Ordered on the mobile app and once we got there, there was a long line in the drive thru. How the drive thru line is set up, it blocks parked cars in. We did not move for a good 7 minutes when a car was trying to leave. So we pulled around and parked and changed the order to counter service so the car could get out. My husband ran inside.
