I always loved the Fireball and Mediterranean sub. However on 12/19/23, things took a U-turn for me and I'm not sure I'll ever return.There was a BOGO offer that day and ordered my usual favorites via Potbelly app. Upon arrival my order wasn't there at the pick -up shelf. I panicked and spoke to the lady working there. She searched and later realized someone must have picked mine and had to re-make the same. I’ve only been to potbelly a couple of times and both times were at this location. They are fantastic! The crew is super friendly and does such a great job. We have been very happy with our sandwiches every time we have ordered from here.
