McDonald's in Mansfield

“I was in a hurry today, so I pulled into the parking lot and got on the McApp to order some McFood. My cell service was spotty, so when I claimed a deal and ordered, something went wrong and the order didn't go through. Then when I tried to reorder, the app said I had just used the offer and had to wait to use it again. 😡

Annoyed, I went inside and was helped by Santiago. He was friendly, professional and helpful; solving my issue by using an manager comp to redo the order. Then when my food was ready (at its usual speed), he delivered it to me in the dining room then told me the first order went through and I was owed a refund, which he then processed. 5 stars for Santiago for saving this interaction when the technology messed up, as is its wont to do .“

“We stopped by on a Sunday evening because I desperately needed to get my kids out of the house. Oscar was phenomenal and gave amazing customer service as soon as we walked in. Huge smile on his face, friendly hellos to me and my kiddos, and he helped them get their drinks at the fountain when I was unable. He does not realize how much this exhausted mama needed a little help and kindness and he gave just that and then some. He truly seems to love his job. And I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.“
