“Almost everything was as expected from my decades of patronizing McDonald's. The Iced Coffee in my last order had no coffee flavor; as if the machine was malfunctioning or out of beans. It had the color of milk added to water. I added my own instant coffee to this and it was then drinkable. One bad coffee out of hundreds will not dissuade me from returning.“

How hard is it to have a small basket coming up for every order instead of cooking an entire frozen 80 lb bag all at once and slowly under the heat lamp over time run through those then repeat.
