McDonald's in Waxahachie

“I thought this location was lovely. You can tell the owner really cares. It was super clean and he had a display table out showing all the benefits employees get if you’d like to work for McDonald’s and there as well. The owner takes time to respond to all these comments as well. A rarity for a franchise owner. I don’t live here. We just stopped on our way back home to central Texas but a McDonald’s is always our go to pit stop for a little happy meal and bathroom break. I do agree that a little more attention or training could happen with employees on the food preparation (one of my hash browns was undercooked) but also this is a quick service place and they aren’t perfect.“

“Edit 3/26: We tried this location out again today around 11pm and it went very well. Our complicated order was completely correct and the food was hot and quick. (Drive-Thru)

We used to come here all the time without much issues for the past few years, but these last several orders we have made in the past month have been completely wrong. The last chance we gave the restaurant was today. The order was wrong again, we made them fix it, BUT the bag was ripped, so when we brought it home, the contents fell through the bag and the food went everywhere. I don't know what happened to make the quality of this restaurant fall so much, but we will not be coming back for a long time.“
