“I just had the nicest encounter with Ms. Jocelyn at the front. I was getting food for my kid she helped me figure out what to order she was kind and patient and knowledgeable about the menu. Her attitude was so jovial and she had the best smile planted on her face the entire time! Definitely a gem! I will be honest I have avoided this place because I normally come at night time and the lady that's up front is not nice at all or patient,, night shift definitely needs training from Ms. Jocelyn on customer service. That woman deserves a raise and recognition it cannot be easy being in a good mood like she was I have seen the way they are treated by the public.“
“Waited 20 minutes for an online order, iced mocha came out as coffee. 20 minutes later our coffees came out WRONG, but who wants to wait for coffee from annoyed mcdonalds employees you watch dump wrong lattes into new cups.... Just rude and uncaring.“
