McDonald's in Mesquite

“Honestly I feel so bad for the workers at this specific location. They're working as fast as they can and just going inside you can tell everyone is STRESSED lol. Bc it's next to a Walmart and on a highway, they get so much traffic and all the owners have really done to alleviate this traffic is add an extra lane and window, which only adds more stress as a customer bc in the double lane people want to skip ahead and fels like that extra window gets forgotten.

This McDonald's is 3 mins from my house but I always second guess myself on whether I want to eat from here bc I know the wait is going to be long. The owners need to fix this location to account for the amount traffic there is.“

“Had a really pleasant experience at McDonald’s. The staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming. I needed some help and asked them twice, and both times they were incredibly kind and patient in assisting me.

It’s always nice to visit a place where the staff treat customers with respect and a positive attitude. The service was great, and the employees made the experience comfortable and enjoyable.

“I like their drinks especially... tea and the different coffees and specialty sodas. The coke tastes better than other fountain drink places... plenty of fizz . Coffees are as good as more expensive places but at a great price. My next favorite there is a cheesburger and the fries!. I also like collecting points and getting rewards in the app. John 3:16“

“I always order a mc'chicken combo and some cookies but mostly cookies. Sometimes their good, big and chewy but since im coming more often their cookies had gotten more expensive, smaller and harder, idk if its inflation or not but they used to be $5.69 or sum with tax and now they are $6.69 or sum with tax, idk but its prob the taxes. But please give me bigger and chewy cookies cause i really love them.“

“I order a Carmel Ice Coffeee at the McDonald's on BeltLine and they did a horrible job tasted nasty. But lucky i came down to Scyene Rd and talk to the manager about what happen to my coffee and they fix it! It was delicious😋 definitely come here for Ice Coffee!“

“I got off work late and needed something to eat, so I stopped by for a quick meal. Even got a smoothie, which was a nice surprise. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

I noticed the different shirts and asked if the cashier was the manager. His name was Clifford. He was very pleasant, especially for it being so late. He paid close attention to my order, making sure everything was correct and that I had all the condiments and napkins I needed.“
