McDonald's in Mesquite

“Honestly I feel so bad for the workers at this specific location. They're working as fast as they can and just going inside you can tell everyone is STRESSED lol. Bc it's next to a Walmart and on a highway, they get so much traffic and all the owners have really done to alleviate this traffic is add an extra lane and window, which only adds more stress as a customer bc in the double lane people want to skip ahead and fels like that extra window gets forgotten.

This McDonald's is 3 mins from my house but I always second guess myself on whether I want to eat from here bc I know the wait is going to be long. The owners need to fix this location to account for the amount traffic there is.“

Whoever in charge of fries need to do another position because they always skimp you if you buy large they give you medium if you get medium they give you small

They always lie about what they have and don’t have and just lack customer service skills.

This place janky but convenient..
Not all the workers are bad but some should definitely find new jobs.

“Seniors- especially those on a close budget- the senior coffee ☕️ prices more than doubled- with no notice - none posted. Some of us stop here once- even twice a day. While other items may have crept up in price- we would really appreciate a break on a cup of java!! ( same thing military parkway location. So, go to other for your senior coffee. The people are nice though“

“This mcdonald’s is amazing. I ordered breakfast through the app and it got cancelled, I decided to go inside to see what was going on. I ordered breakfast too late through the app, and it was 30 min past breakfast time at this point. I was willing to buy lunch because I knew I ordered too late through the app. I believe the manager showed up not sure what her name was but it was a nice hispanic lady, and said she was gonna check her inventory for the stuff I ordered. She came back and took my order, and gave me exactly what I ordered! I really appreciate the care and the attentiveness of this location because even though I was the customer irresponsible for ordering breakfast late she took her time to get me what I needed. Please treat these people with love and respect as they do us!“

“I got off work late and needed something to eat, so I stopped by for a quick meal. Even got a smoothie, which was a nice surprise. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

I noticed the different shirts and asked if the cashier was the manager. His name was Clifford. He was very pleasant, especially for it being so late. He paid close attention to my order, making sure everything was correct and that I had all the condiments and napkins I needed.“

This location was very clean and the customer service was very good.
The food was hot & fresh 😋 Not all McDonald's are like that, so this was a breath of fresh air.
