A great place for kids to play, if they have a play area
And kids love the food

Had a really pleasant experience at McDonald’s. The staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming. I needed some help and asked them twice, and both times they were incredibly kind and patient in assisting me.
It’s always nice to visit a place where the staff treat customers with respect and a positive attitude. The service was great, and the employees made the experience comfortable and enjoyable.

McDonald's, a renowned fast-food establishment, has received mixed reviews from its customers. The staff is described as great, with one employee, Eduard, going the extra mile to ensure a customer's satisfaction by greeting them warmly and confirming their order. However, there have been ongoing issues with order accuracy, particularly with fries, as customers have reported receiving smaller sizes than ordered. Some reviews mention that the restaurant lacks customer service skills and that certain employees may need to find new positions, while others highlight the friendliness and politeness of staff like Mrs. Marisela, who assists with orders. The graveyard shift remains efficient, and the drive-thru experience is generally positive, with the window attendant being described as sweet. While the store is noted for its cleanliness, the dining experience has been hit or miss lately, with some customers expressing frustration over unclear order processes. Overall, the reviews suggest that McDonald's offers a satisfactory dining experience, with significant room for improvement in order accuracy and consistency in service.
