I see why they work there. Forgot my drinks my burger and my cookie. And the manager with the blonde curls came out a lil beefy telling me my sandwich was in there when it wasn’t. Person taking my order checked to see if they had cookies and he said yea come to find out they didn’t take that order. When brought up to the manager he did his hands like he had to get the line moving. Smh. Enjoy McDonalds lol

The only problem I encountered was a manager by the name Alma. She had on a grey sweater shoulder length black hair about 5'5". As I went to go grab my food from the counter, I asked for some sauce, she turned and gave me this look as if I was a bother, and proceeded to give me my sauce and turned her back without a word of " Have a great day" , or "Come back soon" This isn't the first time I have noticed her personality, but I've observed her with others as well. Perception is definitely reality, and the way she comes off along with her demeanor is not inviting. On the other note the GM and all other employees there are wonderful. I don't usually send these types of messages but this needs to be communicated and addressed.

So this morning i went to the McDonald’s in Mesquite to get me something to eat i ordered my food and then went to the first window to pay and then the second window i picked up my food that’s when i see the lady that was bagging up my food she took the napkins and wiped her face and put them in my bag of food and that’s when i went off and i took that bag and slung it right in her face because she tried talking smack to me because she got busted that’s why I’m so iffy about eating out now days because it’s too many nasty people in this world I will no longer be eating at anymore McDonald’s.

I would give 0 stars to this location especially the morning shift employees the are all rude and talk about customers in Spanish thinking we are not going to understand what they saying and they are always missing items and when u go ask for the items they give u attitude I hate coming to this location. Do not recommend it at

Town East location - So disappointed at this McDonald’s location. We ordered two coffees, one small one large and they both tasted like water, literally and they were not hot like they should be. We noticed they tasted horrible close to home so it was too late to turn around. Either they added water because there was not enough coffee or someone needs to be trained on making coffee. I love McDonald’s but this was a fail, for something so simple.
The food was good once I got it but the service was very slow.

Went to McDonald's I walked cause it's close by my house they made a mistake do the manager Brenda told me to come back and whenI did she wasn't there. Another manager asked for the receipt and said it wasn't the receipt but it was the online receipt that I placed and she didn't wanna take it. So she said she couldn't help me she was rude. After I told her ok that was fine I was going to place an order and she just ignored me and so did the rest of the staff when I was trying to place an order they left me standing at the front counter for 30 minutes or more. They started talking Spanish to each other I guess they were talking about me. They were very rude and unprofessional this isn't the first time they've been rude. They will throw your stuff together also when in a hurry
