McDonald's in Waco

“We ordered off the kiosk and barely had time to sit down before a young lady had our meal at our table. The iced tea is made fresh and tasted fresh as well.

Kid-friendliness: There's a kids menu, a toy option with meals, the tray liners have coloring pages printed on them, and there's a small indoor playground.

Wheelchair accessibility: It has full accessibility for wheelchairs. There's a ramp at every door, the tables all have removable chairs to park your chair, the tables are waist high when sitting and the door open bars are also at a lower height to support wheelchair users.“

“Me and my partner just went in for breakfast. We had ordered ahead but I wanted to use my .99 cent iced coffee inside, so I could ask for them to just do half of the cream and half of the vanilla.

I forgot his name at the counter but he seemed to be a manager. He took my ordered and made sure that it was correct. He also checked in to make sure it tasted right.

I know it’s simple, but I’ve had many people get very confused when I’ve asked if they could just do half the normal amount. Idk if the system changed but I worked at McDonald’s as a crew trainer just a few years ago and we got orders like that all the time, instead of 6 cream 6 vanilla, do 3 and 3 so it’s not as sweet. lol.

Anyways, food tasted great, iced coffee was perfect. Thank you!“

“Went through the drive-thru and had a great experience! The line moved quickly, the employee at the window was friendly, and my order was fresh, hot, and correct. Sometimes it’s the simple things that make a difference—fast service, good food, and no missing fries! 😂🍟 Definitely a smooth drive-thru experience.“

“Five out of five bathroom. I was blown away by the men’s restroom at this McDonald's, which was absolutely spotless and smelled fresher than a spring morning. The floors were immaculate, and everything was fully stocked—a true hidden sanctuary in a fast-paced environment. I haven’t seen a public restroom this well-maintained in years, deserving of a full five stars for cleanliness. The food was okay.“

“Doordashed to this location quite a few times and never waited for long. The service is good, even when they have a full drive thru and sitting area. Bathrooms are clean the vast majority of times. The only time I've seen the bathroom dirty is when they were getting overwhelmed with orders so that's to be a given. It was still acceptable, the men's room anyway. Lobby is always cleaned when a mess happens and orders are made hot, fresh and fast. Service with a smile.“
