“1 - Excellent food…fried pickles appetizer gone in 60 seconds; burgers were awesome; tater tots add beyond yummy…and stay crispy enough for next day breakfast ( because they give you a portion that you WILL have another meal) 2 - Speedy, friendly customer service…very attentive staff….we tipped well over the standard 20% because it was so good! 3 - beautiful, lively atmosphere…air coolers for outdoor eating, which we chose despite the heat/humidity Most importantly, I was an out of tower and this was my last meal with local family before flying out the next morning. Dumb a** me left my wallet at the restaurant and didn’t realize until getting ready to leave for the airport at 0830. We stopped by the restaurant to see if it was still in the outdoor eating area…nope. Luckily, ran into the contractor doing some work…he called the owner, the owner confirmed it was in the office safe. After hearing I needed to make the AM flight to DFW for connection to home, he dispatched an employee to go in on a planned closed day to get my wallet. This kindness allowed me to make my flight…what he didn’t know is this act of kindness was critical because I had a new job in-person interview scheduled for the next day. Forever grateful. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much! Tells a lot about the culture and dedication to customers. Keep up the awesome work…I will be back. Promise to keep better accountability of my wallet!“

“Great food and wonderful service! The waitress wad cheerful and informative! (our first time there) The only suggestion I have is that the chairs were very uncomfortable.It wasn't just our table of seven. I saw other customers struggling. just a consideration to think about. I give the a 4.9“

“Just happened to be traveling through Waco and decided to stop for some food and a drink; happened upon Barnett’s Whiskey House and I’m glad we did. The food was most excellent, the atmosphere was good and the service was top notch! Looking forward to hearing the live music later this evening. Will definitely stop in anytime I come through or near Waco.“

“Amazing burgers and even better service!! I highly suggest the Patty Melt, just know going in that it’s 2 patties. My husband enjoyed the 6 Degrees of Kevin Bacon burger and because it was the burger of the month, got 6pc of bacon as well as made a donation to the Kevin Bacon Foundation 😊 We went on a week day, and shortly after they opened. It wasn’t too crowded and service was fast! Definitely a recommend from us 👍“

“I messed up my order (my fault, not theirs) and they fixed it for me—they were so kind and pleasant! They were all so happy and seemed to be having a great time. I hope they enjoy working there as much as it seems that they do! (Also the Oreos double trouble made with chocolate custard instead of vanilla is so delicious!!!)“

“We stopped by today 7/4 around 11am and a nice young man had let us know the grill wasn't up at the moment, but should be in about 15 minutes, and all of the other food was available. We opted to wait and I'm so glad we did. Everything we had was so good, fries, cheeseburgers, tenders, and sundaes! The place was clean including the restrooms. The young man, light complected, blonde(?) hair, was super helpful and wanted to give him a shout out for our first impression of Freddy's, we will be back! (Koda, per the receipt, thank you!!)“
“We had the wonderful opportunity to eat at McDowell’s today. Our meal was perfect. We both had catfish and all the trimmings. I strongly recommend you go! Mr Mac is wonderful. We will definitely be back soon!“

“we moved in to the neighborhood 3 weeks ago and we are absolutely happy with the service we haven been twice to Sonic, and even thou I was missing one of the drinks the first time I told them and they brought it immediately. my 2nd time was today, they are obviously very busy but my food was warm and delicious! they were also fast to take my order and friendly.“
