“We stopped by today 7/4 around 11am and a nice young man had let us know the grill wasn't up at the moment, but should be in about 15 minutes, and all of the other food was available. We opted to wait and I'm so glad we did. Everything we had was so good, fries, cheeseburgers, tenders, and sundaes! The place was clean including the restrooms. Staff was so accommodating of my son’s allergy needs (needing to avoid eggs and garlic) and the food was delicious! The high chairs provided even had a three point harness for our 18 month old (if you know, you know!! 🤪) Would definitely return next time we’re passing through Waco.“

I came into this location for the second time since y’all opened a year ago. The first experience a year ago was horrific. Tonight when I got off work I said “I am going to give this Subway another chance” so I stopped and am 100% satisfied x a billion w the steadfast professionalism of Terrance Bachman !! The store is a reflection of his work ethic and should be very valued by the higher ups. He has turned this store around since my last time being here. His mannerism and communication skills are impeccable and he is the reason the store shines just as good as the floors do. Absolutely spotless - he wore his gloves - he asked us how we wanted our sandwich vs telling us what we should eat ! This young man is the beacon of light here and I’m telling everybody to come to this Subway location off of 19th St in Waco, TX !! And to Terrance, you will always make your mark wherever you go, because good people know good people ! your energy is spot on and any company would be happy to have you as a part of their team !! “I absolutely love Subway and the staff at lunchtime on LaSalle. Bryce, the manager, has a delightful personality that has cheered me up many times and I'm sure he doesn't know it. I was a daily customer for a little while then stopped. When I returned, he remembered me asking where I had been and how I was while making sandwiches. I got to make him laugh for a change when I said my boss said I could leave my cage for lunch again. Lmbo. Parking: Parking is shared with 2 other businesses and can be hard to find a spot during lunch as students from Baylor as well as employees from surrounding businesses eat here.“

“Another accidental find (my favorite)! We saw this place on a drive & knew it was going to be good when we saw a large crew of workers ordering. We ordered the half chicken & tacos & first bite we were hooked! The tortillas are fresh made by hand there & the salsa is amazing! The menu is extensive and has something for everyone even kids. I read a review that service is bad & I 100% DISAGREE with that. The lady that helped us was kind and welcoming. Kindness reciprocates kindness. Will be back next time we are in town.“

“I can't say enough good things about this location. I've stopped in at various Subway's all over Waco and Hewitt, and this is the only location that I will go out of my way to order from. From the management, to the sandwich artists, this location is simply superior. Every time I visit I'm greeted with a greeting, a smile, and a clean restaurant. The employees are efficient, attentive, friendly, and make a dang good sandwich. I always feel like I get a great value here for my money. The sandwiches are always hearty and made by people that actually care, and it shows. This is the only Subway I'll order from, and is a true example of what other Subways should strive to be. 👍👍“
