“We stopped by today 7/4 around 11am and a nice young man had let us know the grill wasn't up at the moment, but should be in about 15 minutes, and all of the other food was available. We opted to wait and I'm so glad we did. Everything we had was so good, fries, cheeseburgers, tenders, and sundaes! The place was clean including the restrooms. I came into this location for the second time since y’all opened a year ago. The first experience a year ago was horrific. Tonight when I got off work I said “I am going to give this Subway another chance” so I stopped and am 100% satisfied x a billion w the steadfast professionalism of Terrance Bachman !! The store is a reflection of his work ethic and should be very valued by the higher ups. He has turned this store around since my last time being here. His mannerism and communication skills are impeccable and he is the reason the store shines just as good as the floors do. Absolutely spotless - he wore his gloves - he asked us how we wanted our sandwich vs telling us what we should eat ! This young man is the beacon of light here and I’m telling everybody to come to this Subway location off of 19th St in Waco, TX !! “New store. Very clean. Very nice employees. Order was taken very effectively, even with my modifications (always add jalapenos). Order was delivered quickly and as ordered. The building is new, but small. There are double drive thru lanes. Self serve drinks are better here as the machines work well.“

Parking: Parking is shared with 2 other businesses and can be hard to find a spot during lunch as students from Baylor as well as employees from surrounding businesses eat here.“

“Another accidental find (my favorite)! We saw this place on a drive & knew it was going to be good when we saw a large crew of workers ordering. We ordered the half chicken & tacos & first bite we were hooked! The tortillas are fresh made by hand there & the salsa is amazing! The menu is extensive and has something for everyone even kids. I read a review that service is bad & I 100% DISAGREE with that. The lady that helped us was kind and welcoming. Kindness reciprocates kindness. Will be back next time we are in town.“
