It’s probably the busiest Chickfila in Waco, but they have it down to a science to get customers through the drive thru quickly. The staff is courteous, confirms my order when they hand it to me, and have a good attitude. And the food is consistent from one visit to the next. “During my recent trip from Dallas to Round Rock, I visited the Golden Chick on 18th in Waco, Texas. I was highly impressed by the incredible service and delicious food. It was lunchtime, the busiest time of the day, yet Tiffany and Ramona handled everything smoothly despite being the only two staff members present.

The place was spotless, and both Tiffany and Ramona were extremely pleasant and energetic. I had ordered a breast and a wing, but since the wings weren't ready, I was kindly given two breasts and a dinner roll, which is always a treat. The chicken was perfectly golden, crispy, and seasoned just right, and the fries were hot and tasty.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this location. Tiffany and Ramona's excellent service truly made my visit memorable.“

“Ljs is one of them can't miss.. the menu stays the same and it's all fried or pre portioned, small portions but not a lot of excessive handling either everything being fried it's hard to mess that up.. my only problem was recently in which I like the crumbs and I always got a bed of crumbs under my food so I'll ask for extra but got neither they're one reason why I go and now that I think about it the lady kept saying something different when she read back my order which was irrigating, and started off suggesting some for me right off.. You guys where some of the only dine in's open. 107 S George Kacir Dr, I have never seen a group of young people work so well together. I can see the manager running this location. I been in the food business many years. I cant even get some adults to work so well together. GOOD JOB !!!“

“I went in to order dinner (takeout) and grab a blizzard on my way home. I had a 4 piece chicken basket and a medium mint brownie blizzard. The food came out hot and quickly (and cold in regards to my blizzard). The place was clean (so clean! The windows were cleaned so well that they seemed invisible) and the staff were friendly.

Parking: The parking lot was empty except for one other car. It was easy to get both in and out. The place never seems too busy whenever I show up there.“

It is a very small location compared to others. I placed my order. My drink came out quickly. The employee was very friendly. Overall a good experience, just not a convenient location.“

We went to this location and Reese behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly! He had great recommendations and was prompt as well as tentative when he took our order! The ice cream machine was unfortunately down, so we weren't able to get any. But the main food was delicious!“

“I stopped at this Wend’s this past weekend. The girl taking my order barely spoke over a very quite tone and so fast I couldn’t understand her, though she was trying. I pulled to the next window a the young girl slide the window open just enough to sling my bag of food out at me then slammed the window shut. Not one word said like thank you, have a nice day, etc. I believe she is one of the rudest persons in a position of customer service. Not sure the owners or Wendy’s cares. The fries sure appeared and tasted like they were fried twice being very dark, hard but not crunchy, more like stale. This is now the second bad experience service wise from the restaurant, not sure I’ll go back!!“

“I absolutely love Subway and the staff at lunchtime on LaSalle. Bryce, the manager, has a delightful personality that has cheered me up many times and I'm sure he doesn't know it. I was a daily customer for a little while then stopped. When I returned, he remembered me asking where I had been and how I was while making sandwiches. I got to make him laugh for a change when I said my boss said I could leave my cage for lunch again. Lmbo. They were in the back doing whatever they do...and they heard me up there bc I was talking normally...but they still kept on with what they were doing. Eventually she came out and sold me my two cookies...I'd visit another location any day over this one but their food is usually always fresh and delicious.“
